If you wanna make the best use of your time, I have a helpful hint. Don’t try to memorize phone numbers.
Last week, I talked to a gentleman who I’d set up a time with to discuss some things. And I gave him a call. When he answered, he said, “Oh, I’m glad you caught me! I totally forgot about our call.”
Well, first off…shocking! How could he possibly forget about ME? Hard to get over that.
But seriously…
This guy doesn’t have a clear system to control his schedule…his time management. And we talked about that a little bit. He mentioned how he’s often in a hurry. Or there’s no notepad handy. And sometimes he writes it down on a sticky note and forgets about it. Because most of the time he relies on his memory.
And your brain, your mind, your memory isn’t made just for storage.
That just isn’t the best use of your time.
Your brain is made for creativity. And I know the guy I talked to has a higher use for his brain than to memorize phone numbers. There are plenty of outside tools for that. (psst…I’ve got the best one)
And I bring this up today because, coming on the first Thursday of June, my RondaReady UNversity class is a how-to lesson on the highest and best use of your time. I’ll share more about the ways to do that. But I’ll also share how to set up the tools to help you do that.
RondaReady UNversity classes are the first Thursday of every month. And enrollment is only $15 a month. That’s only about 50 cents a day. Affordable for any hard-working entrepreneur or business owner.
But you gotta enroll before the end of this month (May 31) or you’ll be late for June. Because tardiness isn’t tolerated. You can still enroll after May 31. But then you’ll have to wait for July’s class. And here’s the direct link to enroll:
Stay Ready,
Ronda
