When you wake up in the morning, do you feel like making the perfect cup of coffee from scratch? And, by that, I mean, are you ready to freshly grind the properly roasted beans to just the right grind? Then, infuse those beans with pure, filtered water…not too filtered. Because you want the healthful minerals, too. Then, do you gently pour your exacting brew into the cup designed specifically for such a drink? Or, do you simply toss the water and pre-ground beans into your coffee maker and flip the switch?
If you’re like most people, you probably go for the coffee maker option.
Somebody sent me a link to an old Ronco commercial. And it was one of many commercials made by Ron Popeil who started Ronco. His famous line, from a lot of those commercials, was “Set it and forget it.” Because, back in the 70’s and 80’s people loved their automatic devices.
And that’s part of why Mr. Coffee became so popular. And why so many other companies, from economy to luxury brands, came out with their own automatic drip coffee makers.
Just set it and forget it. Sort of. Because you still gotta keep your eye on it.
A couple of years ago I shared how when you first start a new business, you’re probably the only decision maker. And you might play all the other parts, too.
Grunt. I.T. troubleshooter. Supplies manager. Office cleanup crew. Even the coffee maker.
Yeah, that might be where you are. But you sure don’t want to set it there and forget it there. At least, not if you wanna have more freedom and make more money.
And that’s where the right kind of automation comes in.
My past week, as I spent time on a nice seaside vacation with my kids, I felt that freedom. And I was so grateful for the System I put in place, years ago, that helped me enjoy the experience. Hard to believe it’s already over.
If you’re still in the grunt, I.T. person, supplies manager, cleanup crew, and coffee maker phase, I’d love to help you out of it. Unless that’s what you prefer, in which case, I can’t help. But if you DO like the idea of building your business better and faster, my not-so-cheap System can help.
It’s only expensive to someone who won’t commit to do the work. Go-getters make sure more profits pay for it.
And if you’re not Ready to commit to that kind of investment, I urge you to get Ready as soon as possible. One way you can do that is to sign up for my emails so you can get to know me and how I’ve helped so many other business owners. The link to subscribe is below.
Stay Ready,
