Who doesn’t appreciate some
Attaboys or attagirls. Who doesn’t love ’em, right? There’s just something about being told good things about yourself that puts you on a whole new level for the day. And that happened to me today. A professional colleague told me he’s been getting a lot out of my regular blog posts and social media posts. It lifted my spirits to hear him say it. So much that I wanted to share this short video about customer appreciation.
Customer appreciation is so cost effective.
How much money…or even time, for that matter…does it take to show someone how much you appreciate them. I mean, that video of me talking about it is only a minute long. So, I’m guessing the time investment to tell someone you appreciate them is only a few seconds. And the financial investment is ZERO. But the returns can be huge.
Compare the money you make from a one-time customer to the money you make from a lifetime customer. Basically there IS no comparison. Of course, you’ll make so much more by keeping customers around. So why would anyone miss the opportunity to show some appreciation? And guess what?
