Sort of reminds me of that old “kneebone song.” Remember? The toe bone’s connected to the foot bone. The foot bone’s connected to the ankle bone. And it eventually gets down to the core.

Let’s get back to that foot bone knee bone analogy.
You probably already know there are 26 bones in each of your feet. Right? And a podiatrist is a doctor who specializes in feet. So, they can tell you the eight distinct types in your feet. I certainly can’t. I had to look ’em up. But the include the tarsals, metatarsals, phalanges, cuneiforms, talus, navicular, and cuboid bones.
Whew, dats a lotta bones.
But a podiatrist has to know that in order to get down to the core issue.
And that’s to be sure his patient’s whole foot functions properly. And each bone plays a part.
