I first learned about front loading, back in the day. When I worked in the commercial insurance industry, in the claims department. Loads of fun. And I discovered that when you got a new file assigned, you better get all your ducks in a row early. At least, if you wanted to be in the best possible negotiation position when it came time to sell.
And most of the adjusters thought they could save time and just skip over a whole lot of steps. But then they’d often negotiate a claim that didn’t even have any coverage. Guess what that means. Well, I won’t make you guess…
Get your ducks in a row if you wanna save time and make more money.
Just about any business you can think of benefits from front loading. And the main reason you should do it is to reduce missed opportunities. Every missed step, in your regular business transactions, is a missed opportunity. Another missed sale. Or another missed customer, client, or referral.
And when you front load, you can come up with all the value added extras.
Extras you can do (or delegate someone else to do) for very little extra time or money.
You just need to apply your focused thoughts at the beginning. Then, set up your processes (oh no, there I go again with the processes talk). Set up your system. And watch it run like clockwork as you keep moving forward. Don’t be surprised when it leads to happier customers. And a happier YOU.
And how about more repeat and referral business? Does that sound interesting at all?
So, there are two types of business owners. The ones who understand the value of front loading (and take the time to do it). And the business owners who won’t do it. They’re the ones who just wanna rush through everything. Because they’re so busy. Gotta “take care of business.”
So they never learn the valuable front loading lesson. And their ducks are never in a row.
Don’t miss out on the opportunities and money by being like that.
You won’t when you plug into my RondaReady System. But if you’re still not ready to commit to a proven business system that pays for itself over and over, at least jump on board with my emails. They don’t cost you anything, and you might just find something in them to help make your business ducky.
