Ah, the most funnest part of business…
Hiring and Firing
Last week, in a monthly meeting with one of my clients, she told me how she needed to hire a new person for a new position. And she said, “Hiring and firing aren’t exactly the funnest part of business.” We both sort of laughed a little. But I could see she was really dreading the process. But then, they have to keep going back into training mode. Because they keep remembering things they forgot to mention the first time around.
