I love my In-n-Out burgers. I’m a California native (transplanted in Colorado), so I knew about In-n-Out before they became the huge phenomenal success they are now. Or at least before the rest of the country discovered them. But I’m not here to get you to go there today. I just mention them because In-n-Out reminds me of in or on
And you’re probably thinking, “In or on?
Wow, Ronda. You’re really out there today.” But stick with me. Because I promise I can tie it all together. Well, maybe “promise” is too strong a word. But I think you’ll get a better handle on what I’m saying when you watch this video.
It’s so awesome when I can hear a client, like Steve, say how my coaching gives him “peace of mind.” I mean, how could you NOT like hearing that. Right? But it’s not actually my coaching that gives Steve peace of mind.
Notice how he said that as the business was growing it kept pulling him in “further and further.” And that sounds more like quicksand than fun. Doesn’t it? And Steve added that “instead of me working ON my vision” and “that place of great opportunity” he had to keep working “more within the business.”
But then Steve said, with my help, he gets to work ON his vision. And, like I said, I love hearing that. It’s certainly an ego boost. But it’s really not ME as much as it is Steve’s System that I helped him set up.
He said he gets to “put the pieces in place that will get us there.” And THAT’S where peace of mind comes in.
I haven’t mentioned my flagship RondaReady System much lately.
Mostly because I’ve been focused on some other versions of it I’ve been building and sharing with different kinds of clients and potential clients.

Or at least it will be for any entrepreneur or business owner wannabe who doesn’t have the dedication to follow-through that it takes to make the System pay for itself.
