Small batch brownies connected to your to-do list?

I’ll bet if I say (or, in this case, write) the words, small batch brownies, you immediately see some in your mind. Right? And I’ll bet you can almost taste ’em. Yeah, me too. Because who doesn’t LUV brownies. Especially when they hit all the right buttons.

Here’s why you might especially like small batch brownies:

You don’t need an electric mixer. They’re quick and easy to make. And small batch brownies means you only have to eat a few and they’re gone. So, hardly any trouble at all (wink wink). Oh yeah, did I mention they’re fudgy delicious, too?

Someone shared a recipe, which I don’t have, and it sounds pretty easy. Even the ingredients will make your mouth water. Butter, dark chocolate, egg, sugar, vanilla extract, flour, cocoa powder, and chocolate chips. ‘Scuse me a sec. I don’t like to write while I’m chewing.

OK. I’m back.

I remember talking with a client about small batch brownies. No, wait. We didn’t talk about brownies. We talked about her out-of-control schedule on a typical day. And I showed her how “batching” her to-do list can help alleviate that feeling of losing control.

And, in case you didn’t already know, batching just means you’ll keep the same kinds of tasks together and do a bunch of them at the same time. The reason it works so well and helps you be more productive is because you don’t have to shift gears so much.

Like sending out emails. Instead of doing one or a few of those every day, set up a time when you’ll do them all. Then, you won’t have to deal with moving back and forth between programs or apps.

Want another idea that’s almost as delicious as brownies?

How about scheduling all your phone calls for the same time each day? That way, the won’t feel like an interruption. You’ll do them on purpose so you can focus on sales or customer service or whatever.

The time blocking tool in my RondaReady Business System book helped my client batch those daily tasks. And I remember how she told me it felt like she was safe in a speed boat. Away from the circling sharks.

So, if you see fins in the water, invest in your own copy of the RondaReady System book, today. Sorry, the recipe for small batch brownies isn’t included. But a faster path to business success is. So, click or tap that link, below, and…

First day of the week was a lollapalooza

The first day of the week, this week, was also the first day of July. AND it was the first day of the second half of 2024. Wow! That’s a lotta firsts.

So, did this special first day of the week turn out special for YOU?

I hope so. Because you never know how many first days of the week you have in this life. Right?

Yeah, you and I both know everyone one of us is a limited time offer.

And we know we only get so much time here on planet Earth. So it makes sense to get while the gettin’ is good. And that’s why it works so well to use that as part of your marketing strategy. It strikes a chord. Maybe not always a pleasant-sounding chord, but it strikes one anyway.

That’s why I gotta ask? Are you ready to start building your business (and your dreams and goals) better and faster? Or would you rather wait till this time next year? And I only ask that second question because that might be what you did a year ago. And, if so, how’d that turn out for you?

Prolly not like you’d prefer. That would be my guess.

So, I encourage, urge, and remind you to get my RondaReady Business System book right away. There’s no time like the present to get started. Especially since the present is the only time you do anything about.

Waiting till tomorrow means you’ve let one more day go by for others to get customers and clients who should be using you and your products, services, and information. Waiting till tomorrow means you’ve let another day of opportunity pass you by as you grind it out in the same way like a broken record.

Another day…gone.

So, here’s what I suggest. And you can ignore me and keep doing what you’re doing if you have all the success you can handle. Don’t even put off your dreams and goals till the next first day of the week.

Especially since I can help you build your business better. And help you have more money, more time, and, most importantly, more freedom. Even if I keep the prices the same for the rest of my life, it’s still a limited time offer.

So, invest in your own copy of the RondaReady System book, today. And when you do, be sure to let me know so I can watch you grow. And even answer your questions from time to time. Your link to the book is below. And remember, you’re absolutely worth it.

Five years from now you'll be here or there

Five years from now. With all that’s going on, that might seem like a long time from now. right?

I remember, way back in the day, going for job interviews and getting that dreaded question, too.

“Where do you see yourself five years from now?”

Did that ever happen to you? If so, what was your answer? And was it always the same answer? Or did you fumble around for a different one each time? As I said, I know. I was there, too.

Either way, it can be almost impossible to picture yourself one year from now, let alone five years. Right? And when you don’t have a clear picture of where you wanna be later on, it can really amplify the voice of Mr. Negative Ned in your head. But don’t listen to what Ned said.

Because you can build a bridge you CAN cross from where you are now to being your BEST self? And it’s  a strong bridge you can cross anytime to get back to positive thoughts and actions. Do you think that could help get a better picture of where you’ll be five years from now? And wouldn’t that be better than going on those job interviews?

In my RondaReady Business System, and hub, I help you get back to your best self. And you might be surprised out how quickly you could turn things around with some practice. Good new is…you won’t have to practice alone. Because I’m with you every step of the way. An encouraging guide to help you through each step. Maybe you don’t need that.

But, for many, it’s the frosting on the cake.

Like I always say, “Why go it alone when you don’t have to?” When you’re ready to say no to job interview and the dreaded questions, then say yes to solid systems and guided help.

And I’m here to help you build your business better, have more money, time, and freedom. And it could happen way faster than five years from now.

You can get my system in a quick download from Amazon, too. That way you don’t have to spend the big bucks to hire me as a private consultant.

So, invest in your own copy of the RondaReady System book, today. And it IS a good investment. Because it can pay for itself exponentially, and help you…

An extra day off just because you happened to be born?

Let’s say that, by chance, it’s your birthday. But it falls on a weekday. And it’s actually a Friday. Sure you could justify a three-day weekend and take the day off. But you actually like your work. Because you run a business that you set up based on your skills and talents. So, it never feels like work.

Well, do you still take the day off and enjoy a three-day weekend?

There’s no exact correct answer to that question. I’m just asking a question to get you think about what it takes to make sure you have good options for your answer.

And a three-day weekend of making merry with friends or family and lots of good food and adult beverages ALWAYS sounds good. But then again, when you love your work, an extra day of sales and profits does, too.

There’s something you can do to be sure you have whichever option you prefer.

Set up roles and responsibilities.

I remember my client who hired (and then had to fire) a friend of his. He made what I called a “rookie move” and had to pay the penalty. And the penalty included lost time, lost productivity, and possibly a lost friend.

I know how cold and harsh it can “feel” to establish rules (roles) for the positions in your business. But it’s actually quite the opposite. Because, hurt feelings almost always happen because of a lack of clear communication. And you don’t get any clearer than rules (roles) written down in black and white.

But I’m not talking about writing things down, with a pencil, on a notepad. No, you gotta set things up and put them where everyone in your organization has access. So they can’t come back later and say,

“But I didn’t know.”

So, that’s why I included a clear cut way to set all this up in my RondaReady business management system. I wanted it to be plug and play simple to use. Not easy. Because running a successful business takes work. But it IS simple. And if you’re the kind of business owner who can plug into it and implement it, you can see amazing results.

If it IS your birthday today, and if it IS a Friday, and if you ARE taking the extra day off option, then wait till Monday before you get my RondaReady System book.

But if you’re taking the birthday workday option, invest in your own copy of my RondaReady System book, today. Your link is below. You’ll find out how little it costs when it pays for itself, over and over, with your increased productivity, profits, and sales.

Grind it out on a music machine, not your teeth

I DO have something to help you grind it out today. But before I share it with you, I wanna show you something in the definitions of grinding.

To grind it out can be defined as:

To become crushed, pulverized, or powdered by friction. Sounds fun. Yes? NO!

But grinding something can also shape, sharpen, or refine it. Such as grinding scissors to a fine edge or how you grind lenses for eyeglasses. Hmm…that sounds much more appropriate for a creative person like you.

OK, try this definition of grinding on for size: To rub surfaces together harshly; gnash: grind one’s teeth.

Yikes! Just thinking of that is like trying to ignore fingernails on a chalkboard or squeaky styrofoam. But you can also grind this way: To operate by turning a crank: ground a hurdy-gurdy. And make music. Yeah, I like the feel and sound of that a whole lot better. Don’t you?

A lot of people have told me they don’t enjoy how they have to grind it out.

You know what they’re talking about. Right? All that administrative stuff. The follow up calls. And setting all those appointments. Emails. Reminders. And all those other things you gotta do to be professional. Or least look more professional.

Yeah, I can definitely understand what a drain on your very soul it can be when you gotta grind it out, like that, on a daily basis. Because where’s your dreams and hopes in all that stuff? Right?

Some people hire assistants to do all that grindey stuff. But maybe you don’t have quite that much work. Or maybe you don’t wanna spend that money that way right now. And maybe you’re just not sure right now.

Well, most of my clients don’t struggle with all that anymore. Because they invested in themselves. And they spent their hard-earned money to get me to help them set up a business system. I’m talking about a state-of-the-art, all-in-one solution.

And this is set up so you can program your system to send out an email with a landing page. This is a single web page where your new prospects can fill out their information. And that information can auto-populate, in your notes. And send you an email reminder that you’ve got a new prospect.

How cool is that?!

And your system can even do some follow up work that you don’t even have to initiate. Because you put together the plan. And then the system takes care of it. My clients have discovered how this cuts their daily task time in half. And their follow up and professionalism are better than they ever were.

Plus…they’re not doing the same grind every day.

They can run the system, if that’s what they prefer. Or they can hire somebody to do it. Either way, their time investment is so much less. But they’re getting so much more done.

Do you have to grind it out every day? Do you wanna keep on struggling?

Or would you rather have a solution that can help you move ahead better and faster? I believe I can help you grind it out on a music machine instead of your teeth. So, invest in your own copy of my RondaReady System book, today. Because it can pay for itself with your increased productivity and profits. Let me help you…

No intervention needed if it's all plug and play

Have you ever watched a movie or TV skit where a group of friends decide to put together an intervention for another one of their friends? I remember one of those in a movie, which I don’t remember the name for, and it was funny. Especially when the guy who was being intervened said, in a very calm voice, “No intervention needed.”

Of course his friends disagreed wholeheartedly. And the conversations that followed were pretty darn funny. You’ll have to look for it. And I don’t even know where to tell you to look.

And NO, there’s no intervention needed, thank you.

What made me think of that movie was another article I read about a so-called “set it and forget it” side hustle. Those kinds of claims always get my skeptical eyes rolling. And that article reminded me of some definitions a shared a few years ago.

The first: “A Plug And Play Business Model is a ready made business model which is already set up and selling products or services.”

And the second definition is about computers. “Plug and Play (PnP) is a combination of hardware and software support that enables a computer system to recognize and adapt to hardware configuration changes with little or no intervention needed by a user.”

So, after reading those, I figured I’d better clear something up about the business system I provide for my clients.

The right System can almost feel like it’s plug and play.

In fact, I call my RondaReady business coach CRM system a plug and play system.

But it’s certainly not a system you plug your business into and immediately start selling your products and services. And it’s definitely not a system with “no intervention needed by a user.”

In fact, your “intervention” will be required, quite a bit, to begin with.

Or you’ll need to assign an employee or department to set up and plug in your RondaReady system. And I know, from the oodles of testimonials, that you can sell more products and services and make lots more money with my system. After you’ve got it all set up.

But it does require commitment.

And anything worth having and going requires commitment. Right?

So, the reason I’ve called the RondaReady system a plug and play system is because I’ve already built it. To help you build a scalable, sustainable using time-tested tools and automated, repeatable processes.  And I teach you every step of the way. So you CAN plug into the system and create the amazing business life you deserve.

My one-on-one clients have seen massive increases and improvements in their businesses. Now, you can too, and you won’t be paying anywhere near what those one-on-one clients have gladly paid.

Simply invest in your own copy of the RondaReady System book, today. And I’m confident you’ll find it to be a good investment. Because it can pay for itself exponentially, and help you build your business better and faster and…

Your audience awaits so get your act together

There’s a famous painting, by Norman Rockwell, called “While The Audience Waits.” And it’s a picture of a circus performer bandaging the paw of his circus dog. As you look at it you might wonder a couple of things.

Did the dog get injured during his part in the circus act? And is the man getting him ready to perform again?

Evidently they perform in the same act. Because the poodle’s costume matches his human performer’s clothing. And their jackets are even the same.

You can tell, by looking at the man’s face, he’s concerned about his little buddy and stage mate. So, he probably wants to be sure the little dog can perform in the next act. And it’s all taking place as the audience waits.

What’s going on while your audience waits?

First, do you even know who your audience is? If so, then you know the answers (or can find the answers) to these questions. What do they look like? Where do they shop? What do they do? And what do they need and want Answer those questions and you’ll know what to do while your audience waits.

And you’ll find that getting clients will get a whole lot easier.

So, you might have some work to do first. It might be a good idea to sit down and really identify who your ideal client is. Because the second part of getting more clients is your message. And how do you formulate and talk about your products and services, if you don’t know who your ideal audience is?

So, first, identify your target audience. And you might have more than one. But get a clear picture of who they are.

Then, come up with your unique message to speak directly to them.

And after that, be sure you have a system in place. A system that makes it easy to duplicate your processes and procedures. And a system that helps you create habits better and faster. So, every single client and customer can easily, seamlessly, understand your products and services. And what your information can do for THEM.

When you can do that, don’t be surprised when you get more referrals and repeat business. Because your clients and customers will know what to expect. And they’ll know how to tell others about you. And they’ll want to because they know you’re gonna do the same great stuff for their referrals.

Give value beyond just your products and services.

My RondaReady Business System hub can help you do all this better and faster. And you get a free consultation with me when you use the link below to schedule a time for us to talk about your business.

But don’t delay. Remember, your audience awaits.

Make it easier, if you can. BTW, you can

Wow, all you have to do is watch the news for about a minute, and you get an idea of how tough this life is. Right? And there’s a lot going on out there that’s challenging small businesses and business owners to work harder. But wouldn’t it be great to make it easier? Because, if you’re a small business owner, you sure don’t wanna add to the problem.

Just because life is tough doesn’t mean you can’t make it easier.

In fact, I’ll bet, since you’re reading this, you’re one of those people who likes a good challenge. Am I right? And I’m sure you wanna get rid of the tough life as soon as possible. Yes? Great!.

So, that means it’s time to close your eyes so you can see better. Of course, I mean you can see your vision better. That vision you’ve had, for a long time, of that best self you burned into your mind. And positive thoughts give you positive feelings for your life. So, maybe you could make it easier by starting there.

If you don’t see yourself as a 10, maybe your hopes and dreams aren’t big enough to excite you. Now, there’s a little something to think about. But I’m willing to bet you ARE a 10 or you wouldn’t be reading this right now.

OK, you have a starting point. Your vision and positive thinking.

Now, come up with your top three reasons for building your best business. I like to call that “getting RondaReady.” And once you know those three reasons, create an image again. And, this time, make the connection between the work you’re doing now and where you see yourself in the future.

But the key is, you gotta start with those top reasons for building your best business. For example…in your mind you say, “I want to make more money.” Don’t feel timid about saying that or that it might sound shallow. Because money does buy comfort doesn’t it? And lots of other things, too.

So go ahead and say it’s more money.

But is it truly more money? Or is it actually what money can buy? Or maybe, for you, more money means more security. And maybe more options in life. But when you dig even deeper, those so-called “options” might boil down to spending more quality time with your family. And living life on your own terms.

Be honest with yourself. And really think it over. But don’t overthink it.

And I wouldn’t be surprised at all if you find your relationships in life are what can help motivate you toward higher goals.

My RondaReady business system has lots of helpful exercises, like this, and tools to help you be your best self. And to help you make it easier to build your business better and faster. And the whole system is in the RondaReady System book. Get yourself a copy today, at the link below.

It’s a very affordable way to get a business coach who wants to help you…

Being essential can take everything out of you

I read an article that talked about what makes a good leader. And one sentence really stood out. It said, “When you justify your hold on work, you’re confusing being involved with being essential.” And I thought to myself, “Yep. That’s essentially true.”

So. Are you being essential? Or involved?

I’ll borrow from Jeff Foxworthy’s redneck jokes to show you what I mean:

  • If you believe every part of your business requires YOU, you’re being essential.
  • If you think there’s no part of your business that someone else could do better, you’re being essential.
  • And if you’re never able to “get away” from your business, well, you know. Right?

Believe me, I understand not wanting to give up any part of your business. It’s your baby. And your dream. And if it’s going well for you, by yourself, if you’re clipping along nicely, making enough money to live a good life, then keep on keepin’ on. Good for you.

But if you’re starting to think you’d like to kick things up a notch or ten, you might find out it’s gonna get mighty tough to do it alone. And that’s where you’ll have to decide whether you’d like to be involved or essential. Because being essential means being hands-on. Every business hour of every business day. And for small business owners that’s usually at least six days a week, if not seven. Or eight.

If that’s your preference, go for it.

On the other hand, if you’d like a more hands-free business, then it’s time to consider automation and delegation. And that’s where my RondaReady business system book is essential reading. It’s chock full of ways to automate your day-to-day tasks. And there’s a ton of training on how to delegate, hire, and organize your whole business into a personalized operations manual.

If that sounds good, I recommend you invest in your own copy of the RondaReady System book, today. And it IS a good investment. Because it can help a go-getter like you…

Someday does not come after Saturday

There will never be a perfect Someday. And it doesn’t matter what the subject is.

“I’ll get started on my own business, Someday, after we get in our new house.”

“After we get married and spend time getting to know each other, Someday we’ll figure out how to start a business.”

“I’ll get to it Someday. But we just had our first kid. So, I gotta focus on that.”

You DO realize that Someday is not the day after Saturday. Right?

Pick an excuse. Oops, should I say “reason?” Anyway, we’ve all done it. So, I’m not picking on you or anybody in particular. But you’re probably like most other entrepreneurs. And you have a “reason” why you can’t get started right now. Or a reason why you can’t invest in your business. And don’t fool yourself and say,  “I’m choosing to wait.”

Because that’s probably just fear. And the thing about fear is, it will always hold you back. And choke the life out of your dreams.

Maybe you’re afraid you don’t know enough. Or you’re not good enough at what you do yet. Or maybe you think others will think you’re crazy. And they’re just waiting for you to fail so they can say they told you so.

I’m here to encourage you to stop believing the lies. And don’t let Mr. Procrastination tell you what to do. Mr. Procrastination is a big fan of Someday. That’s when he does his best work. But YOU don’t. And YOU can’t. Because (and you know this is true) when you put something off long enough, you put it off forever.

You could do this instead. Get the tools and systems that can give you the confidence and know-how to go get the life you want.

I like what Criss Jami, in a book called “Healology” said, “If you’re waiting until you feel talented enough to make it, you’ll never make it.”

But that’s not you because you’re here.

You want to succeed and you want the tools to help you start right now. You’re not willing to put the life you deserve on hold even one more day.

My RondaReady System has helped scores of other entrepreneurs, like you, beat Mr. Procrastination. And it’s a system that can help you build your business better, have more money, more time, and more freedom. AND you can get the whole system for the price of a book. It’s a small fraction of what my successful one-on-one clients pay me.

So, don’t wait till Someday to invest in your own copy of the RondaReady System book. Get yours today. And it IS a good investment. Because it can pay for itself exponentially, and help you…
