Stand out from the crowd
You’ve heard that old sales joke that’s also a left-handed compliment, right? The one that says, “She’s outstanding in her field. And she’s gonna get soaked in this rain.” I know, it’s corny (pun slightly intended). And I only shared it because I wanna talk about how you can be a stand out.
Yes, there are still ways to stand out even in this noisy, distraction filled world.
A client of mine, who owns a business you wouldn’t exactly call glamorous, told me he thought his communications were too bland. And that can happen when you’re working every day. Because you don’t always feel creative or motivated to think up something new. Right? But it’s still gotta be done. Because you gotta set yourself apart from your competition. Otherwise you’re just a commodity.
