Two hours a week – it’s all about priorities
Yeah, you gotta prioritize. Well, I guess you don’t have to. But if you don’t, you might never get out of self-employed mode. And you might never become the highly effective CEO of your business. And I’d hate to think you wouldn’t put in a measly two hours a week to avoid that.
Two hours a week. And this is not about To-Do lists.
I don’t wanna go through a list of your daily tasks. No, I’m talking big level, TOP level priorities. And this is about setting your day-to-day grind aside. So you can put in a couple of hours, every week, to work ON your business.
Now, I know it sounds SO difficult, at first. Because you’ll probably think, “Ronda, I can’t take a couple of hours away from my business! You just don’t understand how busy I am.”
Well, OK. But, the more you put off working ON your business, the more you leave on the table. And here’s what I mean by that.
Let’s say…right now…that your idea of organization is a neat and clean desk and office. But that’s not the kind of organization I’m talking about. I’m talking about the CEO organization stuff. When you’ve thought out and documented processes to replicate yourself. And bring in more income. And have more time. With a much bigger impact on the people you serve.
Because those are the three things you need to do as an effective CEO.
So, don’t keep putting off the tough stuff in your business. And believe me, I know it’s difficult. But it’s SO necessary. At least if you wanna get to that level you always dreamed of when you started your business.
And it’s just front loading. And then it starts going on its own. Like I talk about all through my RondaReady business coach business management system. Get Ready and Be Ready, so you can Stay Ready.
The long you put it off, the harder it’ll be for you to ever get to it. And I don’t wanna see you, 5 or 10 years from now, burnt out. Hating your business. Wondering why you worked so hard on it in the first place.
I’m talking Two Hours A Week to commit to working ON your business. To get an automated system. So you can replicate yourself so your business doesn’t rely on you.
The typical business owner doesn’t do that. Are you typical? I’ll bet you’re not.
So, when you’re really ready to be the highly organized CEO of your business, book a free 30 minute call with me. And together we’ll see if my system is right for you. Because I truly do wanna help you…
Stay Ready,
