When I met Jack, several years ago, to say he had a serious workload management problem was putting it mildly. Because he worked ten hour days (or more) every day. Including weekends. And his phone rang non-stop.
At that time, Jack was a project manager for a roofing company. And he had already been going at that frenzied pace for a couple of years. And he felt like it was slowing killing him.
