Hold on better by letting go. Bad advice for someone hanging on to a rope or shrub to keep from falling off a cliff. But good advice for business owners and entrepreneurs who want to build (and grow) their dreams.
And I’ve had a lot of my clients, over the years, tell me how difficult it is for them to hand over control of any part of their business to anyone. So, I’ve always tried to show them how letting go of (aka: delegating) certain parts can be one of the best ways for them to hold on to a successful business.
So, there you go. Let go and hold on better.
And remember, letting go doesn’t mean giving up. No, I wouldn’t recommend you give up control.
But I DO recommend letting others, who might be much more qualified, handle those parts where you’re not the expert. Because, guess what? As much as you might like to believe you are, you’re not an expert in everything.
I know. It sounds crazy. Right? But it’s true.
But I get it. Your business is your baby. You created it and brought it into this world. And it was your idea long before anybody else even thought about doing it. But those aren’t business or expert credentials. They’re feelings. And your business won’t succeed on feelings alone. So, you gotta let go of how you feel about everything. And figure out how to get AND hold on to the right people for the right positions.
The most successful businesses in America aren’t the classic one-man-band. And that’s not to say you can’t have a successful business where you’re the only person in your business. Because it can be done. But there’s usually only a few business models where that can work well.
And even those guys tend to need outside assistance at least once in a while.
So, if you wanna build something big and serve the needs of many, you’ll probably need a team. And that’s a very good thing. Because more hands get the work done faster. And, in most cases, much better.
That’s where my RondaReady System comes in.
It’s a proven way to help you automate and delegate like the champ CEO you know you can and should be. My clients have told me, for years, how they’ve been able to hold on better after they get their personalized system set up. And from startup to scale-up, I can help you set up a hands-free business. And I do that with my RondaReady System.
But like I often say, it’s only for go-getters who wanna Get Ready, Be Ready, and Stay Ready. Because it takes commitment. To your goals, your dreams, and your systemized way to get there.
I’ve told you, for quite a while, how you can get my RondaReady System book and plug your business into it. And I’ve told you how self-learners can build a business much better and faster AND save a LOT of money with my book.
And that’s all true.
But now I wanna recommend something even better. Way more powerful. And way more “plug and play” than the business system in my book. And I want you to consider it because I want you to be able to simply plug your information in and blast off. It’s what I call the RondaReady Hub.
But each personalized hub takes a while to build. And I’ll only focus on niches where there’s committed interest.
If this sounds like the kind of boost you’ve been looking for, then go to the link, below, to send me your contact email. This won’t be for everybody. Because some “businesses” are just too specialized (and maybe even too strange) for me to create a hub for. So, be sure to let me know what your business is and why you’d like a personalized hub.
