Are you ready to stretch yourself?
I’m not what you’d call an action movie superfan. But I’ve followed some of the superheroes enough to remember their names. And superpowers. One of them sort of fits something I’d like to share with you. Remember the Fantastic Four? They included the Invisible Woman, the Human Torch, and the Thing. And the leader was Mr. Fantastic, who was able to stretch into a lot of shapes and sizes. I saved him for last. And I wanna connect you to him. Because I want you to stretch yourself and be the leader, CEO, and superhero of your own business.
Your own business is a great way to stretch yourself.
Here’s how I described it just a few months ago: “Owning a business can be the easiest way to make money. Because when you serve others well, they’ll pay you for what you know or offer. But owning a business can be one of the easiest ways to crash and burn, too. Because it takes a clear vision of what you want to do and where you want to go. And you gotta write it down so it’s repeatable…even by employees. When you can smoothly repeat your processes without starting over every time, your little hatchback becomes a muscle car.”
Believe me, I know how it feels to go from that little hatchback to the muscle car. At first, it feels like all your mental muscles are gonna stretch to the breaking point. Because it feels like you’re screeching to a stop every time you have to write stuff down. But it’s actually just the opposite.
Writing it down and putting it in an operations manual helps avoid repeating the same moves again and again. It won’t feel natural at first. Because you’d rather do that thing you do. Sell that thing you sell. And talk about that thing that lights your fire. Right?
But I promise you…when you set up your system (the RondaReady business coach CRM system for example), it’ll feel like a superhero stretched out his hand and lifted you to victory. Only difference is…that superhero will be YOU.
Sound good? Then you might be really, really ready to get ready, get RondaReady and…
Stay Ready,
Ronda
