“An entrepreneur is someone who jumps off a cliff and builds a plane on the way down.” I like that quote from Reid Hoffman. Because it definitely describes a lot (maybe most) entrepreneurs. But it doesn’t describe most successful business leaders.
Because successful leaders develop systems.
And I’m not talkin’ just operating systems for computers, as from Steve Jobs or Bill Gates, etc.
I mean systems to eliminate as much risk as possible. And systems to streamline workflows as much as possible. From Henry Ford, with his assembly line, to Jeff Bezos and his Amazon online network, successful business leaders leave as little to chance as possible.
Sure, risk is still involved. Because there’s always risk when you run with your ideas. But the difference between calculated risks and throw-caution-to-the-wind risks is like the difference between day and night.
Why did you decide to start and own a business? If you’re like most business owners, it’s probably because you’d rather not work a typical 9-5 corporate job. Right? And you’d rather work on your own dreams and ideas instead of making someone else’s dreams and ideas come true. Right?
Right!
Think about this: If you’re not moving forward, you’re going backward.
Because the reality is, there’s no standing still. Just because you stop moving doesn’t mean everybody else does. Your competitors hope you stop moving while they build their forward momentum. And that’s the same as rolling backwards.
But I hope you don’t believe that just because you wanna take a business to “the next level” it means you’ll have way more work. And a lot less time of your own. That’s only true when you don’t build it the right way.
And that’s why I built the RondaReady System. So you can get those counterproductive and negative thoughts out of your head. So you don’t have to start from scratch. And so you can follow a proven system that can help you become another one of those successful business leaders. Better and faster.
With the RondaReady System you’ll build your business like a farmer. Because farmers HAVE to plan and anticipate. They can’t just do things last minute. If a farmer flies by the seat of his pants, so to speak, there might not be food on the table.
And business leadership is the same way.
But I could go on and on about how my System has helped scores of business owners go from 5 figures businesses to 6 figures…or 6 figures to 7. And I might impress you with some dollar signs.
Or you might be skeptical because you don’t know me. If so, that’s only natural. I’d be that way, too. And if that IS the case, then I recommend you get my free daily emails. Get to know me. The link to join is below. And see how I truly do wanna help you systemize so you can Get Ready, Be Ready, and…
Stay Ready,
Ronda
