I read an article, from a young woman who writes for a living. And I thought it was awesome how she reframed her life of “busyness” to a life that’s full. When she talked about it from that perspective, it sounded much more fulfilling. Here’s what she said…
“I realized how lucky I really am instead of thinking of all my responsibilities in my roles. I get to be a mom to a beautiful girl who’s about to be three. And I get to be home more for my stepson who’s going to be going away to college next year. I’ve been fortunate to spend more time with my husband recently than I have in years. Because I was always traveling for work before the pandemic. And I am incredibly fortunate to have a career that I love, and clients who are meaningful in work that is transformative.”
See how that sounds so much better than busyness?
I’ve worked with so many clients who told me things like, “I’ve got too much to do.” Or “There’s just too much on my plate.” And “I’ve gotta do it all myself right now.” I get it. Because I’ve been there. But I had to face the truth that was staring me in the face.
When there’s too much to do, there’s not enough YOU.
Even the most talented business owners tend to take everything on themselves. Is that you? Do you believe you’re the only one (or best one) for every part of your business? Well, if you’re gonna try to do it all (run your business), alone, then you better learn to be happy with a life of busyness.
A while back I shared how Stephen King can sit at his typewriter day after day and churn out more books. But you can bet he doesn’t do the editing, proofreading, and certainly not the publishing. Can you imagine how much longer it would take him to put out his thrillers? I seriously doubt he could have, or would have, written so many.
And the same is true for you and your business, too. If you constantly swim in a sea of busyness, you need some help. And I know you’re probably thinking, “But Ronda, I can’t afford to hire anybody. I’m still getting things going.”
Ok, that’s not a big problem. You don’t have to hire someone, right away, to start getting the help you need. The right business system can help you automate a lot of your day-to-day tasks. And that can feel like a virtual assistant.
Especially on those days when Busy is your middle name.
Well, it just so happens, my RondaReady System is that kind of business system.
And just so you know, it’s a serious investment. But it’ll cost you much less than hiring a person (or persons) to do all the RondaReady System can help you do. From time management (I call it schedule control) to customer attraction and retention to a full-blown operations manual. Like an old cereal commercial used to say, “It’s in there.”
So, if you’re ready to get serious about getting things done efficiently, faster, and better, your link is below. And let your increased sales and profits pay for it.
Stay Ready,
Ronda
