Like the vines that are taking away resources from your “prize.” Because if you try to take care of all the pumpkins, your prize pumpkin suffers.

But which certain parts do you get rid of?

And what’s any of that pumpkin talk got to do with business? Right?

Well, let’s say it’s not a pumpkin farm. Let’s say it’s, hmm, let’s see. Yeah, let’s say it’s your business.

So, you probably started your business with a more focused, good idea. In other words, I’ll bet you your next week’s profits that you didn’t start out with the intention of being all things to all people. In fact, I bet you had a particular product or service or information offer. Right?

And who pays on time. Get a clear picture of your ideal client or customer in your mind. Then you get rid of the certain parts that don’t serve them well. Your data will show you which parts.

After that, you can focus your products, services, and information to get more of those kinds of people.
