A couple of years ago something happened that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. And it really drove home how important it is to find your purpose in life. You DO have a purpose. But YOU control whether or not you’ll find it, develop it, and use it to propel you through life.
And if you don’t find your purpose, really bad things can happen.
For example, two of my son’s friends committed suicide within a two year period. When I found out, I was horrified. Then, I thought about how that could have easily been my son, too. And I know he was deeply affected by the deaths of his friends.
Because, as he shared what he was going through, I could see the anxiety and sense of overwhelm he felt. And I detected an increasing lack of purpose in the tone of his voice.
That’s when it hit me like the proverbial ton of bricks.
My kids needed to know how to find their purpose.
Because when you find your purpose, you have the main ingredient you need to prepare for success in the future.
So, I got motivated in a hurry. And I used the system that I share with my 6 and 7-figure clients, as a blueprint, to create RondaReady YOUniversity. It’s a simple, step-by-step course, filled with strategies to help young people figure out their purpose and how to make the most of it.

But now, part of MY purpose is to help young people find theirs.
So, I want to get this into as many hands as possible. Especially because I’d like to do my part to help as many parents as possible avoid the painful and permanent loss of a son or daughter who gave up on life.
