Once I decided to name this post, Suite Solutions, I started hearing Steven Tyler’s voice. Probably something to do with Aerosmith’s song “Sweet Emotion.” Just thought I’d share that with you so it’ll be in your head now.

OK, let’s get back to how suite solutions transformed a coffee shop business.
Let’s start with Cody (not his real name) who opened a quaint, little coffee shop in the bustling neighborhood of Beanville (obviously not his real hometown). It was a long-time dream of his to turn his vision of Java Mio (not the real name of his business) into a real place where people could enjoy that neighborhood coffee shop feel.
And, right from his opening day, Cody could see there would be plenty of challenges to managing day-to-day operations. He saw how there was a lot more to it than just meet and greet and pouring great coffee. There was also inventory to order and manage, employees to hire, gear to maintain, and lots more.
Of course, that made it a lot harder for him to focus on growing his business. But Cody installed software solutions that changed everything.
First he settled on a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solution that would help him automate and/or delegate quite a bit of that day-to-day stuff. Fortunately, his CRM was one spoke in a more comprehensive business hub. And that hub included software solutions for list building, scheduling, metrics, and even social media connections.
So, Cody discovered, much to his delight, how that hub approach to business operations helped him make better, data-driven decisions. And he saw how, once he mastered the in’s and out’s of his system, it save him a huge amount of time and effort compared to his old handwritten methods.
Plus, he could actually be MORE personal using digital tools.
Because the CRM helped him personalize customer emails and transactions. And, in case you don’t already know this (but I bet you do) personalization helps to keep your customers coming back for more.
There’s a lot more I could tell you about how much Cody appreciated his suite solutions. But I don’t want you to think I’m trying to get you to do the same thing so you can enjoy success like he did. Even though Cody said his digital system really was a game-changer.
