Core strength workout
No sit-ups required
This past week, in a client meeting, we were going over the part of my course I call “Clarity of Purpose.” The reason it came up is because my client kept asking how and why questions. And I kept saying, “Remember what you wrote down as your clarity of purpose.” After about the third time, he said, “Wow, it feels just like when I work my core strength with my personal trainer. He makes me focus on routines so my mind and my body work in sync.”
Core strength is more important than six-pack abs.
Of course your physical health is so important. But it’s just as important to work on your other core strengths. Mental. Emotional. Spiritual. AND business.

- Schedule control
- Relationship building
- Performance measurement
- Systems creation
