It’s a common, but unnecessary battle inside the minds of a lot wannabe business owners and entrepreneurs. The old passion versus purpose dilemma. And I can see why. Because there are so many business experts telling newbies to pursue their passions. And there are just as many who’ll tell you to find your purpose, build a solid business, and the passion will develop over time.
In fact, I just read a story about how a business owner newbie went to two different seminars on two straight weekends. And, in the first one, the main speaker talked all about how to “pump up your passion.” And the second main speaker, the next weekend, bragged about the “power of purpose.”
I think both models can be true. And the key word there is “can.”
Because it doesn’t have to be passion versus purpose.
I stand more solidly in the “find your purpose” camp. But when you do…and when you find your market…it can stir up a fire of passion no one can put out.
So, maybe you could decide to have a passionate purpose. But, keep in mind, it’s easy to be passionate about something of no interest to anyone but you. And when that happens, you might be surprised at how your passion flickers out. That’s why it’s important to find your purpose, develop a system, and build your business.
And when your success starts multiplying, I’m willing to bet your passion will, too.
Speaking of system…you can shorten the time it takes to build one by years. And the way you do that is to find a proven system you can plug your business into, and plug in.
Guess what? My RondaReady System is the best one going. Because it has something no other system has. Me. And it’s the only CRM with a built in business coach. Or the only business coach with a built in CRM.
Either way you wanna look at it works.
Of course, I don’t guarantee you’ll pump up your passion or discover the power of purpose. But I DO guarantee you’ll be more organized and make much better use of your precious time.
And just in case you’re not ready to invest that much in yourself and your business, I have another option. A low monthly business training session with none other than…ME. The first session will be the first Thursday in February. It’s called RondaReady UNversity. (ask me why)
But the deadline to enroll in my monthly RondaReady UNversity…and be in time for the first one in February…is January 31st. After that, you’ll be too late for February’s session. You could still enroll, but you’d have to wait for the next class in March.
For hands-on how-to coaching on how to build your business better and faster with a proven system, monthly tuition is only $15. Remember, tardiness won’t be tolerated. You can cancel anytime. But dropouts will drop out forever.
