When you provide products, services, or information for your customers, clients, and audience, do they tell others? Are they saying good things behind your back? Because business and referrals need each other. At least if you want to build your business better, faster, and without spending all your profits on advertising. Here’s an example of what I mean…

Just because I’m a business coach doesn’t mean I’m not also a typical consumer. I’m like everybody else. I need a roof over my head. Plumbing and electric that works. A smooth running car. Groceries.
And all of those are place where I shop. You do, too. Right? And when you spend your hard-earned money, you hope for (maybe even expect) products, services, and information. But even more than that, you hope to interact with someone who at least seems to be there because they want to help you.
That’s not too much to ask is it?
So, remember…you and I expect it from the places we shop and do business. And that means it’s highly likely people expect it from us, too.
