If you’ve lived long enough to have to make an appointment with a doctor or a lawyer, you can probably relate to what I’m talkin’ about right now. You know how difficult it is to get an appointment. And I’d bet you’ve probably experienced delays with your appointment even though it was “scheduled.” Right? I’ve always thought it’s certainly less than professional for professionals to treat their clients, customers, and patients that way.

I mean, come on. If you’re a doctor or a lawyer, AND you’ve got a receptionist or secretary or office manager to set appointments for you, the least you can do is be on time.

But I’m not gonna rant. Because I’ve got something for other professionals who need to value their time more.
