I’m not an Apple fangirl. But a friend of mine is pretty dedicated to his Apple ecosystem. And I know he’s been holding on to his iPhone 8, waiting for an upgrade he can sink his teeth into. I haven’t spoken to him since the Apple event yesterday. But I bet he’s already checking out the iPhone 15. Because, from what I’ve seen, in the news, it sounds like quite an upgrade.
For example, check out Apple’s iPhone 15 write-up:
“The beautiful, fine‑brushed finish on the titanium bands is achieved through precision machining, sanding, brushing, and blasting. New contoured edges and the thinnest borders ever on iPhone make it even more comfortable to hold in your hand.
The titanium band is bonded with a new internal aluminum frame through solid‑state diffusion. This is an industry‑first innovation, using a thermomechanical process that joins these two metals with incredible strength. And the internal frame is also made from 100% recycled aluminum, which contributes to our overall usage of recycled materials and helps us work toward our 2030 climate goals.”
Is your mouth watering yet? Wait, there’s more.
Apple also describes it as a “Trifecta of tough.” And that’s gotta be a good thing. Right? Here’s how they describe that trifecta:
“A strong titanium band. The toughest back glass in a smartphone. And a Ceramic Shield front that’s even tougher than any smartphone glass.”
OK, I know I said I’m not an Apple fangirl, but that sounds like it would be great for anyone who’s maybe, uh, shall we say, a little clumsy.
And apparently the iPhone 15 will be remarkably resistant. I only say that because it’s what they say next.
“Remarkably resistant. iPhone 15 is splash, water, and dust resistant. What a relief.”
Sounds like you could take it to the beach without worries.
Hmm…OK, it’s got serious potential for me. But the next part I read is something I’m not up on. Maybe this next part means something for you.
“Dynamic Island bubbles up alerts and Live Activities. So you don’t miss them while you’re doing something else. You can easily track your next ride, sports scores, flight status, and more.”
What do you think? Is that something I should check into or be interested in? I know this next part would be great for anyone (like me) who leaves the phone on too much.
“With Always-On display, your Lock Screen stays glanceable, so you don’t have to tap it to stay in the know. Using smart algorithms, iPhone 15 detects when it’s in your pocket or face down. And goes dark to save battery life.”
Alright. Maybe I should give it more than a passing glance. It sounds like it could be powerful enough to be my next computer. Well, if I decide to write another business book on a tiny screen.
Speaking of business book, my RondaReady System is available on Amazon.
The $115 price ($100 for the Kindle version) is a small investment compared to what my one-on-one clients have paid me. Especially when you consider how it can pay for itself over and over. You might never reach the trillion dollar level or build something as popular as the iPhone 15. But you CAN build your own dream better and faster.
So, use this link to get yourself a copy on Amazon. It’s a powerful way to help go-getters get going. Is that YOU? Then, go get your bite of the apple, today.
What’re you waitin’ for, Mac?!
