Hey Mr. Or Ms. Messy Desk business owner. Do you suffer from OSAD? Organization skills attention disorder. Well, before you get oh sad about it (Get it? OSAD…oh sad) let me tell you this. Plenty of people (me included sometimes) are wonderfully organized even if and when their desks are messy. But I’m not talking about the simple everything-has-a-place-and-everything-is-in-it’s-place kind of organization.

Sure, it’s great to be as uncluttered as possible. In your office. On your desk. And most importantly in your thoughts. (I just shared a video about thoughts. Watch it here.)

But the messy desk or office is just the visible evidence. The real problem might be hidden in the way you set things up in your business.
