Of course, I’m only joking (mostly) when I say who needs real human beings when you can just get a business referral app. Yes, it’s a real thing. And from what I’ve seen about those kinds of apps, they might actually be helpful. But certainly not necessary if you’ve already got an all-in-one System. (hmm…where could I get one of those?)
A business referral app is just another way to organize part of your business.
Yes, referrals are a very important part of your business. Or at least they should be. And yes, you should be getting them and giving them. And yes, you should keep them organized so you can track what works and what doesn’t.
But, like I said…guess what else works even better. A total business System.
Because with a total business System you don’t only organize and keep track of your business referrals. You also automate processes. Respond to messages. Send business updates. Measure and track business performance. Set up hiring and firing policies. And SO much more.
But let’s get back to that referral part…
A new client, from a couple of years ago told me something I still smile about. And that’s how he saw so much change in the guy who referred him to me (another client of mine) and his business. That change was a business that went from shooting from the hip to big-time automation and delegation.
And there’s no better compliment than a client referral. But even more important than the compliment part are the measurable results like: more business, more money, more resources for your family.
Yeah, that stuff’s pretty great. Right?
