Accidental success is not the best business plan.

Accidental success isn’t the best business plan. And the only way to achieve is by…well…accident. But it’s so much more enjoyable to work toward your goals on purpose. Because you know what your dreams are, and then you have a better idea of how to go get ’em.

And most motivational speakers call that “having a vision” for your life. Without a vision, how are you gonna stay on track? Or know when you’ve lost your way?

Most people focus on the how and that’s why they quit too soon.

And the best they could hope for is that accidental success.

But you’re not most people. You’re smarter because you’ve got your focus and you’re creating your plan for success. Right?

If this is old news to you, forget the rest of what I’m gonna share. But if it sounds like something you’ve been struggling with for any length of time at all, here’s what I have that could help.

My RondaReady online business coach CRM system is based on setting you up with YOUR system.

And I can help you set up your new tools to develop better habits. That’s at the heart of all successful business owners. And believe it or not, habits can make or break you. Because they create clarity. And clarity helps you take better actions. Then, you’re in ontrol of your actions instead of playing the victim of your circumstances.

In the RondaReady System I show you how to use 5 focus tools…

  • 2 tools to help you visualize your ultimate scenario,
  • An achievement to action tool,
  • A tool to ward off burn out, and
  • A tool to help you establish how much time you want to spend making the money you want to make.

And I’ve seen entrepreneurs and business owners use those tools to build 6 and 7 figures businesses. Because they develop laser focus on their dreams and ideas and products and services.

And that’s just one small example of the benefits of my RondaReady online business coach CRM system So, if getting more done in less time in less time sounds good, check it out, and invest in yourself. You’ll be getting the only System in the world where you get your very own R.O.N.D.A. I can be your Responsive, Nonstop, Organized, Digital Assistant and help you…

Work at home, save money, and be a mom. Wow!

I read an article, on a work at home website for moms, that talked about ways to save money. And it was written by a mom who wrote her suggestions based on her own experience. Of course, being a System Thinker, I think it’s awesome when moms (or dads) who work from home are on the constant lookout for ways to be more efficient.

And this mom shared some great work at home money-saving benefits.

Like time. Just think of all those little time thieves you can avoid when you work in your own place. Of course, gas and the commute are the most obvious. But you’ve also gotta find a parking spot and park your car. You might have that walk from the garage to the office building. You gotta go buy work clothes. And you might even have an elevator ride twice a day.

So, skip all that when your office is in your house.

The mom who wrote the article also mentioned a lot of the expenses of owning a car or paying for the bus or train to work. Those can add up to a lot more than most people track.

And how about food? This mom also wrote about how most people, who work outside the home, tend to pick up snacks. And grab lunch somewhere with “the gang.” That not only drains the bank account faster, it also adds inches to your waistline faster.

Here’s a way you might not have considered to save money by working at home. Cell phone data. When you’re out and about and at work outside your home, you don’t have access to wifi as much. And it doesn’t take long for social media, mapping, and mobile browser searches to use up your data. So, you either have to pay for more when you go over, or pay for a higher data plan.

You can tell this mom really checks it all out.

She also listed a couple of more obvious benefits of a work at home life. Childcare. And tax benefits. But she added a couple more of the less obvious ways to save money, too. Like your own coffee machine. Instead of paying $3 to $5 for a cup of coffee, make your own for a fraction of that…even when you brew organic.

And if you have kids, you can save a ton of dough on childcare. Of course, that means you’d better get serious about organizing. Because kids are a whole ‘nother job. So, you’ll work two jobs in one place.

But the rewards of watching your kids grow far outweigh the disadvantages.

Just a couple more ways to save money…

Walk your own dog. Because dog walkers and doggie daycare are expensive. And you can count your dog walking time as part of your own exercise time. That’s what I call batching.

Plus, you could even consider cutting your own hair. I know that sounds like crazy talk to you ladies. But there are actually some very good tutorials on YouTube and other video sites. So, yes…it can be done. And I’m sure I don’t have to tell you how much you could potentially save by skipping the salon.

But I didn’t actually share this with you to give you money-saving ideas.

I wanted you to see how much thought and action some work at home moms put into their days. And they’re called “moms” because they have kids. And, as I mentioned, those kids are a whole ‘nother job. So, I think you moms who take care of kids, while you’re working, are amazing.

And YOU are great examples of why there’s a day dedicated to mom this weekend.

Happy Mother’s Day to each and every one of you.

Stay Ready,

Ronda

A day in the life of a mom

Full-time moms know, better than just about anybody, how to keep to a schedule. Because they know if they don’t, a miniature world war 3 could break out. And the chaos that would happen could lead to panic in every room. So, a day in the life of a mom can be a model of precision timing. At least if they’re doing it right.

And here’s how a day in the life of a mom can look.

At 5 or 6 a.m. the alarm goes off. And don’t dare hit that snooze button. Put on something that resembles clothes, make the bed (if hubby isn’t still sleeping), head to kitchen, and start something that resembles breakfast.

Then, wake up the kids. And “nudge” them into their own morning routines. And if you’ve never had kids, you might not realize how difficult it can be to get sleepy-eyed boys and girls to start moving. Plus, you’ve gotta make sure they understand they can’t wear their Spiderman or Frozen pajamas to school.

And then, the rest of the day looks something like this…

7:00 – 9:00 a.m. – Get everyone to school and off to work. And run errands like groceries, banking, post office, etc.

9:30 a.m. – If there are toddlers, this is a good time to take them outside. To the park, back yard, etc.

11:00 a.m. – Lunch, a little reading, and nap time for younger kids.

11:30 a.m. – Load and start the dishwasher. Make the beds. Dust and vacuum. And clean the bathroom(s).

1:00 p.m. – Grab lunch for yourself before you wake up the rugrats and spend time with them on creative projects.

2:00 p.m. – Head out to pick up older kids from school

3:00 p.m. – Coordinate the timing for dance lessons, gymnastics, martial arts, ball games, etc.

5:00 p.m. – Go home and prepare the evening meal while the kids burn off some energy outside or inside.

5:30 p.m. – Serve dinner.

And there’s still hours to go.

For homework, bath times, kitchen cleanup, some time with the hubby. And other family time activities.

Then mom finally gets to bed to rest up and start it all over tomorrow morning.

So, imagine if you’ve got all that to do AND you wanna start your own business. Yikes! It could feel like there’s absolutely no way. Not enough hours in the day. But still, a lot of moms find a way. And I can tell you this. They don’t do it by accident.

And I know, from experience, how it can feel. That’s why I built my RondaReady System. To help moms (and other hard-working people) who wanna start a business, get things going better and faster. It’s all about System Thinking. And it’s basically the ONLY way anyone can even remotely have a chance at success.

If that sounds like something you need or want, be sure to get my free emails. Because I share tons of tips and a few products to help you pursue your dreams with passion and vision. You CAN do it. And I’m here to help you…

Job description? No, I'm not looking for one.

The smartly dressed, poised, and professional young woman breezed in to the waiting room of a large, local business. And she walked right up to the receptionist desk. And the lady behind the desk barely looked up and said, “Take one of the survey sheets, have a seat, and fill in all you can. Be sure to put your job description at the top of the page next to your name.”

And the young woman replied, “Job description? I’m not looking for a job.”

Of course, that got the attention of the lady behind the desk. And she asked, “You’re not? Well, what may I help you with?”

And the young woman pulled some neatly typed and packaged papers out of her leather briefcase as she answered, “I have an appointment with Tom, the owner. Would you let him know I’m here with the proposal for the construction of his new house? Thanks.”

If you’re like a lot of hard-working entrepreneurs, you enjoy that kind of story. Right? Yeah, me too.

And, for me, it’s because I love hearing when a young person knows what he or she wants and isn’t gonna let anything stand in the way. Especially when it means there’ll be more focused entrepreneurs and business owners out there. Because now, more than ever, owning a business is a great idea.

A while back I shared how, for most workers, job security doesn’t exist. Whole industries are changing. And, in no small part, due to consequences of lockdowns, shutdowns, and mandates.

But maybe you think a job beats the hassles of owning a business.

And believe me, I get it. It’s no small thing to run a business. At least, it’s not if you wanna have a successful business. Because it’s not just about your dream or your big idea. It’s also about putting everything in place to give your dreams and ideas the best chance to succeed.

But there’s almost always a disconnect between dreams of owning a business and having a successful business. And that’s almost always because the owner (or owners) didn’t have a system to keep track of everything, measure performance, or even follow up or follow through.
I know because I’ve seen it over and over. For years!

And something else I observed. Probably 97% of all business owners were never taught how to System Think. I’ll bet you never heard of it in school. I know I never did. But, for entrepreneurs, business owners, and even wannabes, it’s the best thing since sliced sourdough and grass fed butter.

Especially if you’d prefer to never see “job description” again.

As it just so happens (just in case you haven’t read or heard me say this yet) I’m about to launch a course for younger people just starting out in the real world. And YES, it’s about System Thinking.

I wish, so much, there had been something like this when I went to college. Because, I could have saved myself so much time and so many headaches and setbacks. But what do they say?

A missing piece in the market is an opportunity.

Or something like that. But whatever they say, I saw an opportunity to help students think in a way that’ll help them take their ideas into the real world and pursue their dreams.

And my RondaReady YOUniversity is based on a proven System with over 20 years of proof behind it. You should know…I’m gonna offer it at a substantial discount only to those who get my daily emails. But that’ll only be for the first few days when I launch and release it.

Problem solver found in a system and it's not the matrix

A client of mine was in a bad mood. And so, of course I asked him why. He said, “I’ve been able to automate and delegate a lot better with the system you helped set up. But I still can’t find a problem solver anywhere.”

But why is it so hard to find a problem solver?

Because most people don’t even want to take the responsibility for problems. Much less solve them. So, if you’re an entrepreneur or business owner, you’re at the head of the class in the problem solving department. You already understand how running a business is about so much more than showing up 8 or 9 to 5.

But you love it. Your passion drives your work. And your work drives your passion. So, you probably wake up every day ready to take on whatever comes your way. And you don’t get to leave the decisions to someone else. But sometimes, if you don’t find solutions, they just plain don’t get found.

And there’s nothing more stressful than that. Right?

That’s often an indicator it’s time to hire someone to help out. But then you risk dealing with the same issue my client talked about. No problem solvers. Just job seekers.

My theory (backed up by lots of client success stories) is that young people aren’t taught how to System Think. And that simply means they don’t know what to do, when to do it, or how to do it when problems rear their ornery heads.

That’s why I’m about to launch my new RondaReady YOUniversity. It’s designed to help young people, who are about to go out into the real world, how to solve problems with a system. Because there’s nothing better than knowing the what, when, and how ahead of time.

People who System Think solve problems.

And this is a proven System with over 20 years of proof behind it. I’m gonna offer it at a substantial discount only to those who get my daily emails. And that’ll only be for the first few days when I launch and release it.

So, be sure to get my free emails for updates. It’s coming soon. And if you’re already a subscriber, keep your eyes peeled for the offer, and…

Be a fashion mogul. Sell some beanies. Become famous

Imagine a young boy living in Queens whose parents divorced when he was 10. And think about what it would be like to basically become the “man” of the house because his father disappeared. Not exactly the kind of environment you’d expect to find a fashion mogul. Right?

But this guy probably wouldn’t call himself a fashion mogul anyway.

And it was 10 years later when the young man took to the streets of his hometown in Queens with some interesting apparel. He had a bunch of handmade beanies with tie-tops. (Hey I don’t understand fashion trends like that either, but there it was.) And this was in addition to working a full time job at Red Lobster.

Hmm…lobsters and beanies. There’s a different entrepreneurial twist for you.

And he sold over $800 worth of those beanies by the end of that day. And I bet you can guess how that affected his dreams of being a successful entrepreneur. Yeah, he was hooked.

I won’t go into more details. Except to tell you the guy I’m talking about is Daymond John. If you’ve ever heard of FUBU clothes, well, he’s the guy who built that multimillion dollar business. And then he became one of the sharks on Shark Tank. So, he knows a thing or two about pursuing dreams.

Very few people actually follow through with action to make their dreams come true. Because, at the beginning, it feels like anything is possible. Especially when you have such an amazing new idea. But then, reality sets in when you realize you don’t know the first thing about how to set it all up. And that part’s hard. Not glamourous.

I’ve talked, before, about how much of the world can’t pursue their creativity. And all the people who will possibly never know what it’s like to build a business and make money based on a dream.

In America, we take it for granted that we can do those things if we truly want to.

Sure, that comes from living in a country where you still have enough freedom to try. But it mostly comes from the follow through. And that’s true whether you wanna be a fashion mogul or own a fat tire bike shop.

And the key ingredient to being able to follow through, well, is System Thinking. Because when you think and work inside a proven system, you discover and build the steps you need to take to make things happen. Plus, you have tools to help you write it down, track and measure performance, and automate and delegate.

And the best time to start setting it all up is when you’re just starting out in the business world. Or maybe even when you’re still in school. Because that’s when you’re fresh and full of ideas. So, I created a course, focused on System Thinking, to help that kind of young person.

And it’s a proven System with over 20 years of proof behind it. Just so you know, I’m gonna offer it at a substantial discount only to those who get my daily emails. But that’ll only be for the first few days when I launch and release it.

So, make sure you get my free emails. Share this with anyone you know who’s looking for a better way to start of their life in the Real World. And if you’re already a subscriber, keep your eyes peeled for the offer, and…

Decision making made easier if you decide to learn.

A while back I shared some thoughts and a quote about making good decisions. The quote was from Jim Rohm. And it says,”You cannot make progress without making decisions.” Of course, that’s so true it almost goes without saying.

And I added how important it is to make good decisions. But if you’re consistently indecisive, decision making might make you feel like an ant going up the side of the Empire State building.

Because you’re not sure if you’re gonna make the right choices. And you’re not sure if you should start where you are or completely start over. Plus, you wonder what the consequences will be if you do the wrong thing.

But decision making doesn’t have to be like that at all.

And you CAN get control over those feelings of doubt. Believe me…I know what I’m talking about.

A few years ago, I decided to take more control of my life. I knew I had made some, shall we say, less than desirable choices. So, of course I got less than desirable results. And I figured out I’d need to develop a system I could use to stay focused and on track. I had some life goals in mind. And I needed to be able to see the best way to get there.

Little did I know that I’d create my RondaReady System. And, when I first started, I could only dream that it would become a system that would help so many business owners and entrepreneurs.

All I knew, at the time, was that things had to change. There had to be a better way. And just hadn’t found it. So I decided to build my own better mouse trap and then build my business. And it was one of the best decisions I ever made. Because my system turned decision making into burden relieving joy.

My only regret was that I hadn’t started a lot sooner.

And that’s why I developed RondaReady YOUniversity. Because I wanna help smooth the way for younger people just starting out in the big, bad business world.

If that’s YOU, I want to encourage you to be bold with your decisions. Keep pushing forward, and don’t dwell on any of your past stumbles and tumbles. They only define you if you let ’em.  And, together, we won’t let ’em.

I’ve been sending out teasers about the launch of RondaReady YOUniversity. And it’s gonna be available soon. And, yes, it will be available at a substantial discount only to those who get my daily emails. But that’ll only be for the first few days when I launch and release it. So, you’ll have to decide quickly, if you wanna save money.

And, be sure to get my free daily emails. And if you’re already a subscriber, get Ready for the offer, and…

Keep moving forward because that's where the prize is.

“The time organization has given me an outline of what my day should be like. Not only day-to-day, but the next day, the next week, the next two weeks, and for months. It’s basically given me the structure I need to keep moving forward and know what I need to be doing every day.” That’s a quote from my client, Jennifer.

Yeah, you gotta keep moving forward because that’s where the prize is.

And Jennifer also said this about how System Thinking helped her…

“I held myself accountable. Because it was set in front of me. And I knew what I needed to do. Before, I didn’t have that. So, it’s nice for me to actually have it visually…to see and hold myself accountable. I know, when I’m sitting down writing goals, not only in business, but personally do, I know what to write down and where to put them. And I know I need to see them daily in order to accomplish them. And things like that would have been extremely helpful my whole life. It would’ve been great to know starting way back…in school.”

Then Jennifer added more about study habits and how System Thinking is great for school kids. She talked about her own study habits as she grew up.

“I taught myself to cram before a test. And that was basically staying up all night. I DID do OK. But that’s not a good study habit to have. I’ve seen my oldest kids struggle with study habits. So, I think you gotta have a personalized study plan or a life skills study plan. And I don’t think she’s (oldest daughter) learning that at all. Yes, I think that stuff’s important. And no, I don’t think they’re (kids) getting that anywhere, except for home life.”

So, I asked Jennifer if she thought my RondaReady YOUniversity could help kids who are about to go out into the world.

And she said…

“Yeah, definitely. I feel like it would be a benefit. And I feel like it would be a benefit to start earlier. Maybe even middle school. I mean, that’s when kids start to grow into who they actually are. But definitely high school and college…yes.”

So, there you have it. A working mom who’d like to see her kids get a better start in life than she had. And that’s a huge reason why I created RondaReady YOUniversity. And it’s a proven System with over 20 years of proof behind it.

Just in case you missed all the other times I mentioned it, it’s gonna be available soon. And I’m gonna offer it at a substantial discount only to those who get my daily emails. And that’ll only be for the first few days when I launch and release it.

So, be sure to get my free daily emails. And if you’re already a subscriber, get Ready for the offer, and…

What if you could turn one of your ideas into something purple?

What if we could take this aluminum design and make it purple? And what if we could make a touch screen out of liquid glass? Yeah, how about putting 2 TB of storage in a tablet? Wow, it’s so awesome how imagination turns into reality.

And Apple shared their what if expertise again this week.

They revealed the new purple iPhone 12. And they revealed their new iMacs available in pink, blue, green, yellow, orange and silver. What do colors have to do with computer or smartphone technology? Probably not much. But that’s beside the point.

Because you and I are creative. And Apple understands that. So, they spend a lot of time making precision tools. But then they also spend a lot of time making them look cool. Obviously they don’t have to. I mean, for several years you could get their signature aluminum titanium computers in silver. Sort of like how Henry Ford said people could get his Model T in any color they wanted…as long as it was black.

But, back to Apple and their event this week.

And before I go on, I don’t use Apple computers. I DO have an iPhone. And it records all the videos I share. It does an awesome job. And it’s so easy to use. That’s part of Apple’s mass appeal.

They “unveiled” their new iPad Pro with their unique M1 chip. And the specs I found said it comes with “an 8-core CPU and 8-core GPU that offers faster performance and graphics.” Plus, you can get up to 2 TB of storage.

Then, Apple announced their new AirTag. It’s a small tracking device you can put on your keys or wallet. And if you misplace them, you can use your other Apple gear to find them. In fact, they say their “precision finding technology” even shows distance and direction. Also, the tags are dust and water resistant.

But I’m not an Apple affiliate. So, why am I sharing this report?

Because Apple always has a lot going on. And at the same time. From what I’ve heard, they even plan out upcoming releases years in advance. But they stay flexible in case technological advances can take their gear to a whole ‘nother level even faster.

So, they’re one of the ultimate examples of System Thinking. And that helps them encourage their developers to come up with new, innovative “what if” ideas. Then, the really cool thing is…they can make ’em happen.

And that’s why I want younger people to take their what if’s and apply System Thinking. Because that’s how they can actually make them happen. Or at least take those ideas to a company like Apple and make them happen.

So, I’m launching a course to help dreamers and idea people take advantage of System Thinking. It’s RondaReady YOUniversity. And it should be available sooner than you can get your new purple iPhone.

And it’s a proven System with over 20 years of proof behind it. I’m gonna offer it at a substantial discount only to those who get my daily emails. And that’ll only be for the first few days when I launch and release it.

So, make sure you get my free emails to get the latest updates about when you can enroll (yourself or someone you love) in YOUniversity. And if you’re already a subscriber, keep your eyes peeled for the offer. Then…

You should consider getting your own Amazon smile.

Unless you’ve been living in the jungle or asleep for the past couple of decades, you’ve probably seen the Amazon smile. It’s on their Prime trucks and vans. And it’s on all those boxes you have delivered to your porch. And who doesn’t respond well to a smile. So, the simplicity of that logo is brilliant.

Also, have you seen the different ways you can make contactless payments at Whole Foods? Amazon announced, on their blog, that you can link a credit or debit card to your palm print. Yes, your palm print! Then, all you have to do to pay for your goodies is let your hand hover over the checkout reader. That’s hands-down amazing. (Can I get some rimshot appreciation for my awesome pun?)

And Amazon has been testing some other ways to make your shopping quick and easy. Maybe you’ve heard of Dash Cart. It lets you scan products as you put them in your shopping cart and then walk out without going through the checkout line.

With those Systems in place, customer feedback has been positive. Because who doesn’t love easy peasy? Right? No wonder a smile is part of Amazon’s brand.

And I believe you can (and should) get your own Amazon smile.

Just don’t call it that. Come up with your own name.

But whatever you plan to do or build, I can almost guarantee (and I say almost because not everybody applies themselves the same way) it’ll go better when you plug it into the right System. Because System Thinking helps you organize like nothing else can.

And the sooner you can start System Thinking the better. That’s why I put together RondaReady YOUniversity. Because I wanna help younger people, just starting to go out into the big, bad world, know how to think, act, and pursue their dreams with a proven way to get there.

And the System behind RondaReady YOUniversity has over 20 years of proof behind it. Just so you know…I’m gonna offer it at a substantial discount only to those who get my daily emails. And that’ll only be for the first few days when I launch and release it.
