Decision makers take control. They don't let it take them.

Ok, decision makers, let’s rock!

I wish I didn’t need to say this. But there are a lot of business owners out there who are feeling less in control than ever right now. And I can understand how tempting it might be to throw in the towel. Because feeling out of control can take a toll on you. Emotionally, physically, and even financially. But here’s the thing…decision makers take control.

Are you one of the decision makers?

I can remember, way back in the early stages of my business building life, some times of feeling that lack of control. So, since what I was doing wasn’t working, I DECIDED to make a change. And I started to develop my system. My processes for measuring and tracking what I was doing and what the results were. And that helped me stay focused and on track. In other words…in control.

But, as you can hopefully see, I didn’t wait and see if control would happen. I took control. It was a decision. Not just a reaction. See the difference? Because that difference is what determines your success.

Yeah, that’s how I started my RondaReady business coach CRM system. With a simple decision. Simple. But not easy. I decided to build my business better by using a system. And it was one of the best decisions I ever made.

And I’m confident my system can help you get that feeling, too.

Make the decision to take control. Don’t let the status quo define you. At least, not if you’re the kind of business owner who has the ol’ can do spirit. The commitment to success. Because success requires commitment. Just like my system. It’s not for business owners who “dip their toes” into the pool. But it IS for business owners who want to build their dreams better and faster. It’s a proven system you can plug into and get started on the road to control and success, today.

And since you can’t start 10 years ago, the next best time is today.

So, if you’re really, really ready to get ready, then get RondaReady and…

Stay Ready,
Ronda

Write it down for you and the success of your business.

Write it down…for you!

Here’s a quote from Napoleon Hill that has certainly had an impact on my business life. “Reduce your plan to writing. The moment you complete this, you will have definitely given concrete form to the intangible desire.” It’s almost like something magical happens when you write it down for you and your business. But it’s not magic. It’s just the best way to turn your thoughts into something you can see.

And I can’t write it down for you, even though it was how I started my coaching business.

When I first started, I didn’t see myself as a coach. I simply wanted to help business owners and entrepreneurs document their processes and procedures. I had learned for myself, the hard way, how, without documentation, I was a one-man-band. Sure, I could play the music in my head, but I couldn’t get others to play it for me. Or even with me.

Well…not very well at least.

Of course, I could take the shadow-me-and-do-what-I-do approach. But that takes so much time and energy. And it zaps creativity and productivity. Plus, I saw other business owners doing that, and it wasn’t working well for them either. More often than not, they’d go through their process with a new hire only to see them leave. Then they’d have to start all over with the next hire.

Stage 3 of the RondaReady business coach CRM system helps you get your business written down and out of your head. It shows you how to delegate the day-to-day operations to others. Or automate them with the right tools.

And that helps you get back some of the freedom you longed for when you chose to be an entrepreneur.

Even if you don’t want employees…even if you prefer the solo life…I encourage you to “Write It Down!” For your own sanity. Because when you do, you’ll go from having a hobby to owning a productive, sustainable business.

You’ll be thrilled at how much more organized, efficient, and effective you’ll be.

And guess what that means? More money in less time. Essentially, you’ll be giving yourself a raise. And with the cost of living, these days, who doesn’t want a raise in pay?

You know what? You should write that down. “I want to give myself a raise. I want to clear my head, write down my plans, and start making more money.”

And I want to help you do that.

The RondaReady business coach CRM system has helped scores of other entrepreneurs, like you, write down their policies, procedures, daily to-do’s, calendars, and more. And they’ve been able to delegate so they could work ON their business while others worked IN it.

Are you ready for some help writing it down and tracking, and measuring your results? Schedule a time to talk with me about how my system might help you Get Ready, Be Ready, and…

Stay Ready,
Ronda

Too much to do? Could the problem be you?

Too much to do? Maybe it’s just you.

In just the past two or three weeks I’ve heard something similar from a lot of different business owners. They’ve told me things like, “I’ve got too much to do, and I don’t know all of them.” Or “There’s just too much on my plate.” And “I’m doing it all myself right now.” I understand how overwhelming it can feel. Because I’ve been there. But I had to face the truth that was staring me in the face.

When there’s too much to do, there’s not enough YOU.

Most successful business owners find out (eventually or right away) an important issue to deal with. And whether they like it or not, the issue is almost always taking everything on themselves. Is that you?

Do you believe you’re the only one (or best one) for every part of your business? If so, then you probably just need a bigger hat rack. For all those hats you’re trying to wear. Maybe that’ll fix your problem. Of course, I’m being silly to illustrate a silly notion. And I’m not making light of your problem. It’s real. But to think you can do it all (run your business) alone is a little silly.

Even a freelance writer, the epitome of a loner, needs help. Sure, Stephen King can sit at his typewriter day after day and churn out more books. But you can bet he doesn’t do the editing, proofreading, and certainly not the publishing. Can you imagine how much longer it would take him to put out his thrillers? I seriously doubt he could have, or would have, written so many.

And you can’t churn out more of your business either, without getting some help. And I know you’re probably thinking, “But Ronda, I can’t afford to hire anybody. I’m still getting things going.”

Ok, here’s a a good reason to cheer. You don’t have to hire someone, right away, to start getting the help you need. A business system can help you automate a lot of your day-to-day tasks. And that can feel like a virtual assistant.

Especially on those days when you’ve got too much to do.

As it just so happens, my RondaReady business coach CRM system is that kind of business system. And just so you know, it’s a serious investment. But it’ll cost you much less than hiring a person (or persons) to do all it can help you do. From time management to customer attraction and retention to a full-blown operations manual. Like an old cereal commercial used to say, “It’s in there.”

So, are you ready to get serious about getting things done efficiently, faster, and better? If so, then you’re really, really ready to get ready, get RondaReady and…

Stay Ready,
Ronda

Serving others is so unselfishly selfish of you.

Every day I either see or work with business owners being unselfish. Like going the “extra mile” to get a car repaired fast. Or giving up a weekend day to meet a client who has no other free time. And how about all those business owners who are going out of their way, for their employees, to keep things moving during this tough “virus economy.” How about a round of applause for everyone who remembers to keep serving others on a daily basis?!

And serving others is a little bit selfish, too.

Now, before you get too excited about that, let me explain. In a way, you have to be self-ish. I’m sure, when you get up each morning and Get Ready for work, your first thoughts are about your household. Right? And that’s exactly as it should be.

So, when you start your day, your goal for that day is to do the best job possible for you and your family. But here’s the thing, serving others well is the best way to do the best job possible. Because when you provide excellent information, products, and services for the needs of your customers, they say thank you with little green paper certificates.

Well, these days, you’re more likely to get digital certificates. But the result is the same. A fatter bank account. And that’s good for your “self” and the others in your home.

See how nicely that works?

But what happens when you get behind in your day-to-day operations? And then you get behind in your deadlines. Then, before you realize it, you’re playing a constant, and serious, game of catch up. When that happens, you won’t be able to serve others so well. And then customers and clients start looking somewhere else.

Clients and potential clients have shared sad stories like that with me lots of times. Do any of these statements sound familiar?

  • I’ve got way too much to do, and too little time/ support at the moment.
  • I’m doing it all myself right now.
  • It’s hard letting go of certain responsibilities for my business, so I can focus on scaling it.

If any of those (or something like them) sound like you, I’d be willing to bet a “plug and play” system could turn things around for you. Of course, I believe my RondaReady business coach CRM system fits the bill. But it’s not for everybody. Because it’s not free.

And it doesn’t magically change things overnight.

But I’ve see it turn businesses around for over 17 years. It started with mine. And now lots of other business owners have become success stories with it, too.

Of course, if you wanna get there lots faster, the best way to do it is to plug into a system that’s Ready to get you going. And my RondaReady Business Hub does that.

If you and your business don’t have spare capital or access to it, it might be a good idea for you to find a free system. But my system won’t end up costing you anything when you commit to it.

I focus on niches where there’s committed interest. If that sounds like you, and if you have faith in yourself, find out more about what a personalized hub can do for you. Here’s your link:

Gotta have faith

‘Cause you gotta have faith

Let’s talk about how you gotta have faith in yourself. Because if you got no faith, how you gonna keep movin’ forward? So, do you have faith in YOU and your abilities? You know…to get what you want for yourself and your business. Got that kind of faith?

You gotta have faith in yourself.

It starts there. And you CAN get what you’re after. And you WILL. As long as you keep looking forward and keep planning. I’m always talking about 3 core “tenets” or pillars. Get Ready. Be Ready. And Stay Ready.

You can Get Ready and Be Ready with the right strategies. Like your schedule control. How you’ll build relationships for client attraction and retention. And of course, we can’t forget your performance measurements. Gotta have that set up, too.

Then, you need to Stay Ready. And that means creating and putting together your system or systems. Because you want your business to eventually be turnkey. So day-to-day operations aren’t all on you. And you don’t find yourself knee deep IN your business. You gotta delegate efficiently so you can be the CEO.

Your building and planning should get you closer and closer to your goals and dreams. And I want to stress this again: You CAN have it. Stay out of the worrying whirlpool. The troubles of today will pass. Especially when you’re focused on those goals you set for yourself.

I love that Talking Heads song, “Burnin’ Down The House.”

Keep your thoughts focused forward. And keep reaching forward. And you’ll be burnin’ down the house…so to speak. It’ll feel better as you do positive things. And don’t be surprised when your mind stays clearer, too. That’s the way to a successful business.

Of course, if you wanna get there lots faster, the best way to do it is to plug into a system that’s Ready to get you going. And my RondaReady business coach CRM system does that. If you and your business don’t have spare capital or access to it, it might be a good idea for you to find a free system. But my system won’t end up costing you anything if you commit to making it work for you.

If you’re that kind of business owner, then you might be really, really ready to get ready, get RondaReady and…

Optimize time because it's about time

How to optimize time

You and I…and everybody else in the world…have one important thing in common. A time limit. Yeah, you might be young and feel on top of the world right now. But there will probably come a day when you realize you need to optimize time. Because it’s so limited. OK, that’s the somber news. Now, for the good news…

When you optimize time, it can feel like you have more of it.

Your days will still have 24 hours. But you might be amazed at how much more you get done, in your awake hours, when you get your schedule under control.

Most of my clients, over the years, told me they felt like they lost control of their time. And when I help them dive in and really see what’s going on, it’s almost always a lack of writing it down. Or typing. And it’s certainly a lack of a good system for tracking and measuring results. So, I help them set up crucial tools for schedule control. These include…

  • Classifying time
  • Time blocking, and
  • Daily intentions

And like I always say, “If you don’t write it down, it’s just an idea.”

But when you not only write down and systemize your time, you’ll get back in control. Sometimes without even noticing how automatic it becomes.

Are you a business owner, with a small to medium sized business, who’d like to get back in control sooner rather than later? Well, the best (and fastest) way to do that is to plug into a system that’s already set up.

Of course, that describes my RondaReady business coach CRM system. But it’s for business owners who’ve got things going well and would like to scale up faster. Newbies should probably look for a free system to start. And no matter where you are in your business, my comprehensive course and CRM system can take you where you wanna go. Just keep in mind, it’s only for business owners who are Ready to invest in their businesses. In other words, those who will buy it but not PAY for it.

I’m confident a RondaReady Hub can help you build and scale your business better and faster.

But it won’t be for everybody. Only serious business owners and entrepreneurs who know dreams don’t just magically come true. So, I’ll only focus on niches where there’s committed interest. If that sounds like you, find out more about what a personalized hub can do for you. Here’s your link:

Pain points don't always have to be so painful

Ouch! Pain points

Small business owners’ pain points include the people they hire. Not all the time, but enough that I deal with that in the RondaReady business coach CRM system.

But why do new hires end up being pain points?

Because small business owners are notorious for being unprepared to make a good hire.

I know owners who’ve hired people so unqualified for the jobs the owners end up almost not wanting to go to the office. Because they don’t want to have to face the bad hires and be reminded of their own bad decision.

And guess what? A lot of times it’s really not so much a bad hire. Usually it’s the small business owner isn’t Ready to help the person be a good hire.

And that can cost small business owners a lot more than pain.

Bad hires can cost a small business owner up to 2/3 of an annual salary to replace. And you can avoid that with proper preparation. People want to follow a leader who’s got business under control. So they’ll be able to do a better job. Because the boss is doing a better job. Makes sense…right?

Think about this. You wouldn’t want to (or maybe you couldn’t) work for someone who didn’t provide a consistent and predictable workplace. Right? Well, consistency and predictability don’t magically happen. They require processes and procedures. A plan.

And that includes having a plan for new hires.

The RondaReady business coach CRM system provides you with lots of information on hiring practices, training, and attracting the right talent. And most importantly making sure you’ll Be Ready to bring on the best employee possible. In other words, helping you get rid of those small business owner pain points.

So, when you’re really, really ready to get ready, get RondaReady and…

Stay Ready,
Ronda

Systems can save your life.

A system can save your life

Hope you’re having a great day. So, I saw a social media post the other day. And it said, “systems can save your life.” And of course, it attracted my attention. Because, you know what? It’s kinda true. A system can save your business life.

I’m sure you’ve heard this before. But what happens on those days when you’ve got something great planned, and things go south. You know, like going to Disneyland with your family. Well, maybe that’s not happening right now. But you can use your imagination and remember back when it was possible. Right?

Doesn’t really matter what it is. You just know you’ve got something great going on. So, you pop out of bed. Ready to go. Because you’ve got an agenda. Yeah! You know what you’re gonna be doing. And so, your mood, your feelings, follow right along with that agenda.

And BAM! You’re “ON” – that’s a System

But in your day-to-day work life, when you don’t set your agenda. Thud! You’re not “ON.” When you don’t have your system(s) in place, and you don’t know for sure what you’re gonna do today, we’re talking lead balloon. And it all sort of drags you down. Right? Then, you’re just not as productive. And you feel like you’re starting to “circle the drain.” Are you nodding your head in agreement?

I’m here to encourage you to wake up every morning with your agenda set. So, the night before…get it set up in your system. Then, you’ll know what you’re doing the next day. Because when you follow your organized plan, your strategies, and your system, your mind will be Ready.

Then every day can be a great day. And if you don’t already have one, my RondaReady business coach CRM system is Ready and waiting to help you get it all going much faster. But only if you’re serious about your business and becoming the organized CEO you envisioned when you started your business. Because it takes commitment. Good news is…committed business owners will succeed with my system. And it’ll feel like it helped save your life.

So, when you’re really, really ready to get ready, get RondaReady and…

Stay Ready,
Ronda

Procrastination is something you should get to tomorrow

Are you part of the procrastination nation?

A lot of business owners I talk to tell me they’d really like to set up a system. But they just “don’t have time.” Or they believe they will have time for that later. Ah yes, the elusive, ever-changing “later.” Isn’t it funny how “later” never seems to get here? And, if you’ve ever said that, have you noticed how, before you know it, you’ve moved to the procrastination nation?

Procrastination, for many business owners, could be translated “never.”

That’s why I say you should tell yourself procrastination is something you’ll get to tomorrow. And when you start each day that way, you’ll see what I mean. Because tomorrow never truly gets here. Right? It’s a concept. But think about it. Have you ever done anything tomorrow? No. You can only do something today. Now.

Now, is the only time you can get anything done. Certainly you can (and should) plan for all those tomorrows. But like the old saying goes, “Never put off till tomorrow what you can get done today.” And a key point there is…what can you conceivably get done today? There’s a line in the Clint Eastwood movie, “Unforgiven”, where he says, “A man’s gotta know his limitations.”

So, Get Ready for each day.

And Be Ready to reach your goals for the day. How? Well, stop putting off getting yourself set up to automate and delegate those day-to-day tasks. Start working toward your goal of being the highly organized CEO of your business you know you can be.

And a proven system can help you do that faster and better. It doesn’t have to be my RondaReady business coach CRM system. But my system has something no other system has. And it’s something a lot of business owners have been delighted to get. “What is it?” you ask.

Me. And I promise you that’s worth more than you might imagine. Because I’ve been there, done that.

But now I wanna recommend something even better. Way more powerful. And way more “plug and play” than the business system in my book. And I want you to consider it because I want you to be able to simply plug your information in and blast off. It’s what I call the RondaReady Hub.

But each personalized hub takes a while to build. And I’ll only focus on niches where there’s committed interest.

If this sounds like the kind of boost you’ve been looking for, then go to the link, below, to send me your contact email. This won’t be for everybody. Because some “businesses” are just too specialized (and maybe even too strange) for me to create a hub for. So, be sure to let me know what your business is and why you’d like a personalized hub.

Letting go can be one of the best ways to hold on.

Think about letting go

Something a lot of my clients have told me, over the years, is how hard it is for them to hand over control of any part of their business. And I do my best to show them how letting go of certain parts can be one of the best ways for them to hold on to a successful business.

Letting go doesn’t mean giving up.

No, this isn’t about giving up control. But it IS about letting others, who might be much more qualified (Gasp, more qualified than YOU?!) handle those parts where you’re not the expert. Because, guess what? As much as you might like to believe you are, you’re not an expert in everything.

And I get it. Your business is your baby. You “gave birth” to it. And it was your idea long before anybody else even thought about doing it. But those aren’t business or expert credentials. They’re feelings. And your business won’t succeed on feelings alone. So, you gotta let go of how you feel about everything. And start figuring out how to put the right people in the right positions.

The most successful businesses in America aren’t the classic one-man-band. Don’t get me wrong. If your goal is to have a successful business where you’re the only person in your business, it can be done. But there are only a few business models where that can work well. And even those guys tend to need outside assistance at least once in a while.

So, if you wanna build something big and serve the needs of many, you’re gonna build a team. And that’s a very good thing. Because more hands get the work done faster. And, in most cases, much better.

That’s where my RondaReady System comes in.

It’s a proven way to help you automate and delegate like the champ CEO you know you can and should be. My clients have told me, for years, how much more empowered they feel after they get their personalized system set up. And from envisioning your goals all the way to scaling up a hands-free business, I’ve got you covered.

But like I often say, it’s only for go-getters who wanna Get Ready, Be Ready, and Stay Ready. Because it takes commitment. To your goals, your dreams, and your systemized way to get there.

I’ve been telling you, for quite a while, how you can get my RondaReady System book and plug your business into it. And I’ve told you how self-learners will be able to build a business much better and faster AND save a LOT of money with my book. And that’s all true.

But NOW. Now, I’m taking things to the next level.

Because my goal is to have a hub for you to work your business from that includes all those bullet points and more. But each personalized hub takes a while to build. Because I want business owners and entrepreneurs to be able to simply plug their information in and blast off.
