Business challenges are equal opportunity nuisances

If 2020 has taught entrepreneurs and business owners anything, it should be how nobody can predict all the possible business challenges. I mean, who’d have thought, a year ago, that you’d have to wear a mask to go to the grocery store. Right?

Business challenges come in all shapes and sizes.

And it doesn’t matter if you own a trillion dollar computer company or a sole proprietorship making only a couple of thousand a month. You’re gonna deal with ’em.

Like a client of mine, who just started an online business. And her biggest challenge is finding customers and getting them to her website to buy from her. She has to work on increasing her brand awareness, lead generation, and building up an email list.

But her challenges won’t end there.

Because once she increases her brand awareness and gets more customers and even builds her list, she’ll always need to do all she can to delight those people.

And then there’s the constant need to manage her workflow. And if she hopes to scale things up to the level of a true business owner, it’ll take financial planning. Plus, she might even need to hire some talented people to help her get there. Because it’s tough to do it all alone.

Wow! That’s a lot of stuff to keep in your head.

But that’s exactly where too many new entrepreneurs and business owners go wrong. They try to keep it all in their head. Or they think they can. But I just listed about 10 different challenges to keep in mind. And that’s not everything to remember. Not by a long shot.

Do you really think you can just keep it in your head and succeed? Or don’t you think it would be so much easier if somebody could just set you up a system you could follow? A system you could just plug your business into so you could free up your brain for more of what you actually love to do.

Wouldn’t that be awesome?

But only those trillion dollar companies can afford systems like that…right?

Wrong.

My RondaReady system can help you do everything I just talked about. And you don’t need a trillion dollar company budget. Far from it. In fact, for less than those guys spend on lunch in a year, you could get be up and running with a system to save your brain from certain destruction.

Or you can keep it all in your head and see if you can make a magical transformation in 2021. My bet’s on a system.

So, when you’re ready to Get Ready to Be Ready and be the highly organized CEO of your business, I’ll be here.

And I truly do wanna help you…

Stay Ready,

Pearl Harbor Day and how it helped your life and business

At first glance, I know it sounds counterintuitive to say Pearl Harbor Day helped make your life better. But when you read about the history of World War II, how America got involved, and the end results, it makes sense. Here’s what I mean…

Pearl Harbor Day and how it helped your life and business

Pearl Harbor Day woke up the sleeping giant.

There’s a quote, or what many say is a quote from Japanese Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto. And it says, “I fear we have awakened a sleeping giant and filled him with a terrible resolve.” The sleeping giant was/is America. Because we weren’t committed to the war at that point. And the quote was meant to show how America had the resources and abilities to change the course of it all.

Whether that quote is real or not, the truth behind it is real.

Because Americans rose (woke up) to the challenges starting on December 7, 1941.

And when you see the accomplishments and sacrifices made by the Greatest Generation during that time of war, you discover how precious freedom was to them.

And you and I owe our way of life and our businesses and dreams and hopes to them.

Because…can you imagine how different everything would be if the Germans had won the war? Or if the Japanese had won the war? Both of those countries were looking to conquer the world. And they weren’t doing that to make sure everybody could enjoy freedom.

I know this is more serious than I usually get.

But today marks the 79th anniversary of a very serious day in our nation’s history. And every business owner in America owes their existence, and debt of gratitude, to those who stood against tyranny.

And the way you and I can pay that debt is to keep working on our businesses. Scale up. Serve others well and prosper. And then help others enjoy that prosperity.

So, if you haven’t already set up a system to help you do that, get my RondaReady system. It will help you make way more profits than you spend on it. Year after year. Do it here at the end of 2020. And in 2021 you’ll Get Ready to Be Ready and be the highly organized CEO of your business.

And I truly do wanna help you…

Stay Ready,

Optimism or Pessimism? Yes

A friend of mine shared a story with me, yesterday. And maybe it won’t mean a thing to you. But I thought it was a great example of how to take each day of life. Personal or business. Doesn’t matter. The story started out with my friend and a group of his friends talking, in a restaurant, about optimism and pessimism.

The old “glass half empty or half full” analogy for optimism came up.

And I like my friend’s take on it. He said optimism has been his choice for 99% of his life. But then he added how he didn’t like the either/or debate. He said, “If you’re truly an optimist, and you see a glass with water at the halfway mark, you’ll just be grateful to have the water. You won’t care whether the glass is half empty or half full.”

When it comes to your business, optimism and pessimism can both work for you. And, in fact, companies use both all the time. How many times have you heard commercials saying things like this? “In economic hard times like these, when every penny counts, our (fill in the blank) will save you time AND money.”

Or how about when you read the latest news and see how crime is up? And even in suburbs or so-called “safe neighborhoods” like yours. That’s when you’ll probably notice more ads and commercials about the latest advances in home security. Cybersecurity too.

It just makes good sense (and dollars) to play to the pessimism and fears of the buying public. That might sound harsh, but it sure works.

And it’s not all bad news out there.

Big companies like Apple and Amazon use optimism as a powerful advertising tool. Apple, with lots of light in their ads. And Amazon with a smile in their logo. They both even use light-hearted, ear-pleasing background music a lot of the time.

Before you know it, subconsciously you start to think how technology makes your life easier. And how wonderful it feels to walk barefoot in a field of grass. Or how love wipes away tears.

But what does any of this have to do with you and your business?

Maybe nothing. Because maybe you think using emotions to advertise is a waste of time. But I believe big companies use it because it just plain works. And you know what else?

When they test their ads and commercials, they keep track. And I guarantee they use a system to keep track. Of course, Apple and Amazon have millions and billions to spend. But even with all that money, they’re still using something similar to what you can get from me.

Yep. My RondaReady system can get help you cruise down your own Amazon in search of those golden Apples you deserve for all your hard work. But my system can only help you if you get it and get started right away.

And here at the end of 2020 is the perfect time to Get Ready to Be Ready and be the highly organized CEO of your business.

I wanna help you take off in 2021.

Stay Ready,
Ronda

Time consuming marauder strikes again

“Oh man. How am I supposed to keep up with all of it? As if I don’t already have enough on my plate. Now I gotta remember to bring my mask with me everywhere I go. It’s just so frustrating and time consuming to have to go back to my car and get it. Or worse…turn around and go all the way back home.”

Yeah, there’s a lot of extra time consuming stuff out there.

And that example I started out with came from a conversation I had with an employee of one of my clients recently. And I can feel her pain. Because that sort of thing has happened to me, too. How about you? Have you started into a place of business and had to go back to your car or your house for a mask?

Whether it’s several yards back to the car…or even a few miles back home…it’s so frustrating to have to backtrack. Right? Not to mention how it uses up your valuable time. (although I just mentioned it)

But that’s life.

It doesn’t matter how well you plan out your day, the unexpected can and will pop up. At least once in a while.

But successful people are the ones who don’t let this be their new norm, old norm, or norm of any form. Because successful people, the ones who start, build, and scale their businesses, make sure they have a system. And backup plans.

They don’t allow a little time consuming setback, like not having a mask, turn their day into a series of chaos following mayhem following disaster.

And you can be like them, too. All you need is a system. But not just any system. I’m talking about the only with your own personal R.O.N.D.A. The one and only RondaReady system.

When you get my tried and true system, it’s like having a mighty mask against mayhem. But don’t take my word for it. Check out the bunches of raves about it on the website.

And then, Get Ready to Be Ready and be the highly organized CEO of your business.

Because I truly do wanna help you…

Comprehensive documentation and a nice recommendation

“I have just rebranded my business and am so thankful once again that I have the comprehensive documentation Ronda put together for my business to keep me sorted and my workday flowing. Ronda is worth her weight in gold. Highly recommend!” That’s from a client of mine, Lisa Pence, from Plume Graphic Design Studio in Seattle, Washington.

Comprehensive documentation means less work for you.

Notice how, in that recommendation from Lisa, she said it keeps her “sorted” and it keeps her “workday flowing.” Because that’s what a system is all about.

Whether you’re just starting out, or you want or need to rebrand, like Lisa did, a system saves you time. And when you save time, you save (or make more) money. Pure and simple.

Setting up a system doesn’t sound sexy. I get it. And when I talk about how you gotta do the work, that doesn’t sound nearly as cool as “Do this today and start making money tomorrow.” But guess what? Millionaires and billionaires almost never become that way “tomorrow.”

No. Money and success, except for inherited booty (aka Daddy’s or Mommy’s money) have to be earned. And with hard work. But when you’re working you’re own business, the hard work doesn’t drag you down like working for somebody else’s dream.

And working your own dream goes so much better and faster with a system. That’s why I designed, refined, and implemented RondaReady system. And all of my clients who’ve plugged their businesses into it, and who have done the work, have seen results like Lisa.

But, like I said, it’s less work.

And that’s because I’ve set up a huge part of this already. So you can plug your business into it and start automating, delegating, and accentuating your positives.

If that sounds like something you wanna do sooner rather than later, then get my System today. And Get Ready to Be Ready and be the highly organized CEO of your business.

I truly do wanna help you…

Stay Ready,
Ronda

Details details - The difference between hundreds and billions

I love my fairly new iPhone. Because it just works so smoothly. And I can do so much with it. Things it used to take an office staff to get done. And I started thinking about how a communication device I can keep in my purse got to this amazing point. Of course, the answer is details, details.

Details details…the keys to your empire

Check out these two quotes.

“Details matter. It’s worth waiting to get it right.” Steve Jobs, Founder of Apple

“When making experiences, attention to detail matters.”  Richard Branson, Founder of Virgin

And what do those two guys have in common? Well, the obvious, of course, is that they both became billionaires. But what should be just as obvious is that they became billionaires by following their own good advice.

I’ve heard that Mr. Jobs was hardheaded about the details. So much so that he made sure even most of those tiny screws and parts inside the computers and phones were the same high quality as what people could see on the outside.

And Mr. Branson understood how airline flights could so much more than just getting from Point A to Point B. So, he made sure his passengers had a memorable experience. Not just a flight.

Every day I get up and focus on what I can do to make life better for business owners. And how I can help my clients and customers do that for their clients and customers. Because if I can’t help you, I’m sure not gonna be helping myself much either.

And that’s why it took me a few years to develop and refine my RondaReady system. And I’m proud to say that my attention to the details has paid off big for lots of business owners. Because I was able to take care of a lot of the hard parts. So, my clients could focus more on the uniqueness of their businesses.

And that’s how you build your empire.

Yes, never forget the day-to-day. But focus on what you do best. And find people (or a system) to help you apply the unique details of your business. I recommend you get a R.O.N.D.A.

Then, get up every day ready to Get Ready and Be Ready to be the highly organized CEO of your business.

And I truly do wanna help you…

Cyber Monday deals and why they work

Wow. Almost as fast as you can open a browser on your computer or your phone, today, you’ll probably see something about cyber Monday deals. I’ve already received a bunch of emails from a bunch of places with ’em. And it seems like businesses of all kinds are jockeying for position.

Cyber Monday deals are fine…I suppose.

And…I mean…the whole concept must work, right? Because it happens every year, now. And it seems like it’s been going on for almost as long as there’s been an internet.

Phone companies with their awesome unlimited offers. Internet and TV specials coming from all the major providers. And, of course, businesses that don’t have anything to do with “cyber” are in on it. Like clothing stores, grocery stores, convenience stores, and on and on.

But, like I said, it must work. Or they wouldn’t do it every year.

Businesses and advertising agencies work for months in advance on their cyber Monday deals. And their Black Friday doorbusters. And their 4th quarter projections. Some people even get paid big bucks to come up with campaigns and offers and sales letters.

So…again…it must work.

But how do they know it works?

Because they discovered people like deals they can access with their computers in the comfort of their own homes. And they found out that if they can make buying something pushbutton easy, they can increase the ka-ching in the ol’ cash register.

And so, each year businesses figure out what worked last year and what didn’t. Then, they use those numbers and that information to figure out what they’ll do this year. And guess what all this work is called?

Yeah. A system.

And that’s why cyber Monday is just another one of about a million reasons why I’m always talking about my RondaReady system. Because it’s the tool that can help you compete with the best of ’em. But only if you’re willing to work as hard as your successful competitors.

If you are, then plug in to my system. And Get Ready to Be Ready and be the highly organized CEO of your business.

Because I truly do wanna help you…

8 hours a week to a successful Black Friday?

Can you believe we’re already on Black Friday again? Seems like only last week we brought in the new year. Everybody says time flies (except maybe little kids). But I think this year had rocket boosters attached. And that makes me glad I don’t focus on one day of profits each year.

Black Friday is only one of seven potential profits days.

I read a report by some British scientists, from the University of Cambridge, that said working only 8 hours a week is optimum. Of course, my first response was “What?!”

But their findings were that, for the best mental health, the “most effective dose” was about a day a week. Yeah, you’re reading that right. One day a week. And their study apparently showed that unemployed people who finally get a job working only 8 hours a week had reduced risk of mental health problems.

This appeared to be true of stay-at-home parents who got a job. And the mental health risk was reduced by an average of 30%. Plus, the scientists reported that working more than eight hours didn’t increase mental health benefits at all.

But I call “Time Out.”

Because I’ve never seen any reports of millionaires and billionaires reaching their goals by working only 8 hours a week. In fact, my guess is you’d have a hard time finding one who worked only 8 hours a day. At least until they reached a level of success where they could delegate work to hired help.

And of all the successful business owners I’ve read about, I’ve never read about one who was able to reach their goals without a system and a plan.

And that’s why I’m always talking about and sharing my RondaReady system. Because I worked out tons of details, a long time ago, that help business owners plug in and start using a system. A system that works just as well for millionaires and billionaires as it does for startups…

Day in and day out.

So, whether you’re the startup or a millionaire wannabe, I can help you Get Ready to Be Ready and be the highly organized CEO of your business. That way your Black Friday can carry over into Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

And I truly do wanna help you…

Stay Ready,

Wednesday work is the Rodney Dangerfield of the business week.

I know you’re right in the middle of planning for tomorrow. So, I thought it would be fun to just share some Wednesday work quotes with you.

Have you ever said any of these Wednesday work quotes?

It’s only Wednesday…hang in there.
Sometimes, the best part of Wednesday is that my chair swivels.
Hey…only two more days till Friday.
Nothing ruins Friday more than realizing it’s only Wednesday.
Wednesday: it’s almost, sort of, kinda, close to, just about nearly the weekend.
Part of me is thinking, Wow, it’s Wednesday already. Other part is thinking, It’s only Wednesday?
Wednesdays are like Mondays in the middle of the week.
If all our holidays were on Wednesdays, we could end up with 9 day weekends.
If you’re overwhelmed by Wednesday, remember that you’re gonna die.

How about these?

It must be Wednesday. Because there goes that camel again.
When people refer to “back in the day”…just so you know…it was a Wednesday.
Help! Why is Wednesday spelled that way?!
Always keep a bottle of wine ready for a special occasion. You know, like a Wednesday.
Did you say it’s only Wednesday? Could I have more coffee, please?
The only way to get through Wednesday is by avoiding people who call it hump day.

And a personal favorite of mine.

They didn’t want it good. They wanted it Wednesday.

OK. There you go. And I hope you enjoyed the middle of the week distraction from the usual business talk. And maybe it helped you laugh a little and burn some calories to make room for all that good stuff you’re gonna gobble up tomorrow.

Just in case you wanna get a jumpstart on your competitors who will be recuperating from eating too much, get yourself set up with the RondaReady system today. And while they fall asleep on the couch with the TV on, you can start down the road to becoming the highly organized CEO of your business.

Let me help you…

Stay Ready,
Ronda
