Love month has only just begun

OK, that subject line, a thinly-veiled reference to an old song by The Carpenters, should be a hint. This email is gonna get mushy. So, if that makes you uncomfortable, you should probably skip it. And it’s mushy because I’m sharing some other reasons for how the love month got its unchallenged title.

Yep, February is the love month, hands down. No doubt about it.

And I found out some info about the love month I hadn’t heard before. In fact, I’m gonna share the exact information I saw so you can see it for yourself. There are at least six other “love days” besides Valentine’s this month. And each one of them sound and look like they lead right up to that holiday that gets you sick on chocolate.

Check out these special days:

Propose day: Feb 8
February 8 is Propose Day, people usually propose to their loved ones to be in a long-term relationship. Marriage proposals are sometimes made on this day as well. The second day of Valentine’s Week has arrived.

Chocolate Day: Feb 09
Everyone enjoys it, the recipes are endless, and February 9th is designated as Chocolate Day for chocolate lovers. Chocolate is one of the world’s most popular flavours, if not the most popular flavour on the planet.

Teddy day: Feb 10
Teddy bears are popular among girls. The boys make it a point to give their girls a cute, fluffy teddy bear. This gift will make your partner laugh like a child.

Promise Day: Feb 11
The day you make meaningful promises to those you care about. Here are some promises you can make in order to build a long-lasting relationship.

Hug Day: Feb 12
The day honors a very beautiful expression of love – a warm, comfortable hug from a loved one that will make you forget about all your problems. Give your loved one a tight, bone-crushing hug to show them how much you care.

Kiss Day: Feb 13
The sixth day of Valentine’s Week is Kiss Day. For many couples, the day of kissing is the most important. The couple kisses each other on this day.

Finally, Valentine’s Day: Feb 14

Wow, that’s a lotta mushy stuff. Right?!

You’re never gonna remember those dates. But why should you? Well, even if you don’t have somebody to share any of it with, those are all potential points of contact with your customers or clients who DO.

And wouldn’t it be nice to set up a System to help you remember when to send out some emails or texts to make those points of contact count? Of course, it would. And that’s just one example of why I built that sort of thing into my RondaReady System.

That’s the relatively low-cost self-paced learning tool I put in a book. But not a regular book you read and stuff into your bookcase. This book can pay for itself over and over (costing you nothing) when you implement, automate, delegate, and RUN your business with it.

The book is still at a great price of 40% off its normal price on Amazon. And you can get your copy of it, 24 hours a day, on Amazon. Your link is below. Get your copy. Start right now on this first day of the love month, and…

End of the month as we know it

Seems like I just shared Christmas dinner with my family. But here it is, the end of the month of January. Where can I get my calendar fixed? Because it’s really letting time pass way too fast. Wait. Maybe it’s not just me.

Are you also at the end of the month?

If so, maybe it’s not my calendar after all. Maybe time actually is flying by like a bullet train. And if that’s the case, I guess the best thing to do is buckle up and keep this train on the tracks (or track if it’s a monorail).

So, using the bullet train and tracks analogy, are you just a passenger? Or are you training to be the engineer? You know, the person who’s in charge of that speeding bullet we call “TIME.”

If you’re a passenger, and you prefer it that way, then no need to read any further. Because I’m only gonna be talking to people who want to take control. Of course, you and I can never ultimately stop the speeding bullet we call “time.” But that’s why it’s crucial to focus on control.

Most business coaching call it “time management.” But I call it Schedule Control. Because I believe it sounds more, well, in control. Time management sounds like you’re just doing all you can to hold it together. To “manage” it.

And that’s why I put a whole section, in my RondaReady System book, on the subject of schedule control. And it’s only one section of the System I’ve taught to a LOT of six and seven figures business owners and entrepreneurs. People who use the System to RUN their businesses (and dreams and goals) from the beginning to the end of every month.

Maybe you don’t need a system.

Because, maybe your life is already everything you’d ever hoped it would be. In that case, congratulations. And I’d love to hear your story. But if, by chance, your dreams and goals are on the back burner because you’re not sure where to start or how to proceed, get a copy of my RondaReady System book.

For most everybody it’s a relatively low-cost self-paced learning investment in YOU. And it can pay for itself over and over (costing you nothing) when you implement, automate, delegate, and RUN your business with it.

The book is still at a great price of 40% off its normal price on Amazon. And you can get your copy of it, 24 hours a day, on Amazon. Your link is below. Get your copy. Start today. And Get Ready to Be Ready, and…

Who controls your time?

Somebody else. Is that the answer to the question, “Who controls your time?” If so, I can make a few predictions that I bet you agree with.

  • You don’t like Mondays
  • Tuesday through Friday aren’t much better
  • Time seems to drag by during your work week
  • The minute your vacation is done you’re planning the next one.
  • You don’t feel appreciated.

So, how’d I do? One out of five? Five out of five?

Yeah, I know those feelings. Even though it’s been a long time since I worked in a job I didn’t like, I can remember thinking all those things.

That’s why it’s so important that YOU are who controls your time.

A few years ago I shared a quote from yours truly that said, “Business is like a whirlpool. Some drown.” I’ve seen it happen. More often than it should have.

A friend of mine shared a story of a scary situation he went through. And that’s what made me think of the  whirlpool analogy. He told me how he, and a group of his friends, floated on inner tubes down a river in Texas. Everything was fine until he approached one of the rapids with about an eight foot drop.

Since he didn’t plan enough in advance how to navigate the approach correctly, he plunged right into the middle of the swirling whirlpool. That didn’t go well. Because the water flipped his inner tube over backwards and pulled him under immediately. You can imagine how scary that must have felt. Unable to see what was what. And the overwhelming feeling of water pushing you down.

Fortunately, he’s a good swimmer. And he quickly found the calmer water underneath and swam out and up to safety. But not before scraping his feet on hidden rocks in the water. Definitely a tough lesson to learn. Bumps, bruises, and cuts as a result of not being in control. So you see the importance of being the one who controls your time. Right?

All those so-called “urgent matters” of the day can be scaled down, and even eliminated, when you control your time. Stop drowning. Get out of the whirlpool. And take a nice swim toward your favorite sandy beach.

OK, enough of the drowning and swimming analogies.

Here’s what I want you to do. And hopefully you’re tired enough of someone else controlling your time to do it. Get my  RondaReady System business book. It’s the only book with my proven system that can really help you reach your dreams and goals better and faster.

And it’s a relatively low-cost self-paced learning investment in YOU. Plus it can pay for itself over and over when you do what I teach you to do with your system.

The book is still at a great price of 40% off its normal price on Amazon. And you can get your copy of it, 24 hours a day, on Amazon. Your link is below. If it’s Tuesday where you are (as it is here), be the one who controls your time. And make it a terrific Tuesday so you can…

Nuts and bolts aren’t just in the hardware store

They’re the nuts and bolts of owning, starting, or running a business. And, of course, I’m talkin’ about all the boring, but very necessary stuff you gotta do whether you like it or not. Stuff like…

  • Attracting the right talent for your team
  • Buying and selling
  • Landing the right customers/clients
  • Hiring/firing procedures

And every one of those areas can become potential problems. Plus, they’re probably not the parts you first envisioned when you dreamed of owning a business. Right?

Yeah, you probably didn’t think about dealing with cashflow issues, cybersecurity, accounting, bookkeeping, and collections. But the unglamorous parts are where your money is. They’re the nuts and bolts that hold things together. And just because I used an unglamorous hardware analogy doesn’t mean your dreams are cold and lifeless.

But what holds the nuts and bolts in place?

A system. And if you’re a go-getter with big dreams, you deserve the best system.

Good news! I’ve got a direct link to it. And it doesn’t cost a dime to click the link. It WILL cost you, more than a dime, to get the RondaReady Business System book. But I’ll bet you’re worth every dime, quarter, and dollar you invest in your success. I hope you agree.

Many of my long list of successful one-on-one clients would probably tell you to get the book. Because it’s a LOT less than they paid to get the information you’ll get. You’ll find testimonials from a lot of them right on my website.

And, as I said last week, if you’re a fan of self-paced learning, the RondaReady Business System book is ideal for you. Because you’re the kind of learner who can make it pay for itself over and over.

The book is still at a great price of 40% off its normal price on Amazon. And you can get your copy of it, 24 hours a day, on Amazon. That link is below. As I write this, it’s Monday. Don’t let another week go by before you get started, and…

Last Friday is great. So is this last Friday.

I stumbled on a website that shared how to write code to show all the days or dates in a specified range. And they showed how to display the last Friday of all twelve months in the year.

And this being the last Friday of January, I took a peek.

They inserted a particular string of code, for the last Friday of every month of 2012. And they said the code produces this output:

2012-01-27
2012-02-24
2012-03-30
2012-04-27
2012-05-25
2012-06-29
2012-07-27
2012-08-31
2012-09-28
2012-10-26
2012-11-30
2012-12-28

OK, maybe you’re not interested in code. But you’re benefiting from it right now. Because these words you see appear as a result of code. Right now, you see a regular font. But with a little code, behind the scenes, the word “code” becomes code. All it took to turn it from black to green was this:

span style=”color: #339966;”><strong>code</strong></span>

And I didn’t even have to write out all that information by hand. Because my text editor, in my WordPress post platform lets me make choices and then it puts all that info in there for me, based on my choices.

Pretty cool. Right?

Now, that sort of thing probably doesn’t interest most people like it does me. But I love systems. And this system I use to write my posts and send out my emails does a lot of the work for me. Yeah. You and I have it easy compared to the people who first built websites and shared information on the internet.

So, I believe it’s a great idea to take advantage of how this kind of system can save me time and effort. Especially when it comes to running my business and helping my clients and customers.

And that’s why I tie this system to my RondaReady Business System. Because the more I can automate and delegate to technology, the more I can focus on what I do best.

And what I do best is help you build and run your business (or dreams and goals) better and faster. My many successful clients will tell you this, too. You don’t have to take my word for it. They found out that the RondaReady Business System helps them save a lot of time and effort.

In fact, I wouldn’t be surprised if most of them told me they’ve got fun plans for this last Friday of January. Because they’ve plugged into a proven System they use to only work as much as they want.

That’s called Freedom.

And YOU can tap into the same System for a fraction of what my one-on-one clients pay me. If you’re a fan of self-paced learning, the RondaReady Business System book is a great investment. Because you’re the kind of learner who can make it pay for itself over and over.

The book is still at a great price of 40% off its normal price on Amazon. And you can get your copy of it, 24 hours a day, on Amazon. That link is below. A great time to start is last Friday. But right now is also a great time to get started, and…

Sure shot where no bugs or quarters are needed

The famous Indian Chief, Sitting Bull called her “Watanya Cicilla.” But you might have heard of her by a more familiar nickname, Little Sure Shot. Or you might recognize her stage name. Annie Oakley.

The Little Sure Shot nickname sure described her amazing shooting abilities.

Because Annie Oakley could actually shoot quarters out of the air. And she shot bugs without damaging the leaves they sat on. She could even fire a shot and slice tall weeds. Not only slice them, but get them to fall to the right or left as someone might request.

Wow! Little Sure Shot could sure hit the target.

I read an article where someone described her as a shooting savant. The writer said it was “almost like Annie Oakley just couldn’t miss.” She even shot the ashes off a cigarette held by the German Kaiser Wilhelm. Can you imagine what might have happened if she had missed? Yikes!

But Annie rarely ever missed. Because she had an uncanny ability to focus on her targets. She didn’t look all around. And she didn’t allow distractions to blur her focus.

What a great lesson that is for business owners, entrepreneurs, and wannabes.

No, not how to shoot a gun. I’m talking about targeted marketing.

Precise. As distraction free as possible. And focused, which means you gotta be organized.

Because you wanna track results. You wanna know your numbers. Know what’s working. And what isn’t. When you get a handle on your numbers, you can do a better job of targeting new leads. And a better job for your current customers and clients. Don’t ever wanna forget them. Because they tend to be the best source for repeat and referral business. The most cost effective kind.

Of course, the targeted approach sounds more complicated and involved.

And that’s because it is. At least, when you first start. You DO have to invest some time (or hire someone to use their time) to set up a system for tracking your work. But what’s so cool is that once you set it up, it can deliver awesome results like clockwork. For as long as you own your business.

And what’s even cooler is, I’ve already set up the System to help you be the Little Sure Shot in your industry. And I’ve put that system into an easy-to-read book you can get for less than Buffalo Bill paid Annie Oakley. The link is below.

How to fall with the least bumps, bruises, and breaks

A friend of mine told me a story he remembered from his days in high school. He lived, for a little while, with a friend and his friend’s dad. The dad was a well-known eye surgeon who was already in his early 70’s. And he was sort of an eccentric guy. One example of that was when my friend saw the dad fast-walking from one side of his large bedroom, and tumbling forward before he reached the other side of the room. My friend asked him what he was doing. And his answer was he was practicing how to fall.

When you think about it, practicing how to fall ain’t such a bad idea.

Because, whether you and I like it or not, we’re not getting any younger. And eventually the ol’ body gets a little weaker and the ol’ bones get a little bit brittle. Or they certainly CAN get that way. And when arms and legs don’t work as well as they used to, knowing how to fall might make a HUGE difference in what happens when you DO fall.

A few years ago I shared a blurb about Denzel Washington saying something like, if you’re going to fall, fall forward. And I mentioned how I love the visual from that. Because when you fall forward, at least you can see where you’re going. And you can tumble into it, like that eye surgeon, and roll with it instead of breaking your wrists.

That’s also sort of a metaphor for your business or your dreams and ideas. But you don’t have to practice how to fall, forward or otherwise, when you’re too afraid to move forward.

And I can tell you, treading water in the status quo, puts you in a mighty vulnerable position. Your competition, not afraid to move forward, can easily knock you backwards. And I probably don’t have to tell you, don’t go backwards.

Because your forward momentum makes you, and your business or dreams and ideas, makes you a moving target. And your competition wants you to stand still or go backwards.

But how do you keep going forward even when you don’t feel like it? Well, that’s where systems save the day. Systems help you maintain consistency. And consistency propels you towards your goal. Reaching your goals helps you reach your dreams.

And those dreams are why you even started your business in the first place. Right?

So, which way will you fall?

Well, if it has to happen, make it forward! Right?

And how do you start? I believe a proven System, developed by somebody who learned how to fall (and get back up and keep going) long before you did, is the best bet.

It just so happens my RondaReady System fits that description very nicely. My client list of successful business owners, who plugged into the System, are proof that it works. And, fortunately for you, I put the whole System into a very affordable book you can get and start implementing as early as today.

Behaviors to success or just some loser talk

Napoleon Hill shared 13 key behaviors to success. One of them, persistence, defines those who succeed probably more than just about anything else. And a lack of it defines those who don’t.

There’s a reason why clichés are clichés. Because they have more than just a little ring of truth.

Like this one…When the going gets tough, the tough get going.

Charles M. Schwab said it like this, “Everyone’s got it in him, if he’ll only make up his mind and stick with it.”

But persistence is such a boring routine. Right? Same thing day in and day out. How’s anybody supposed to stay creative and come up with big dreams and ideas while every day is so repetitious?

“Yeah, Napoleon can just keep his ol’ behaviors to success.

I’m gonna grab my toys and go home.”

That wasn’t you who said that, was it? I hope not. Because, to be a little harsh right now, I gotta tell you, that’s just bad behavior. And it’s loser talk.

But I believe you won’t talk like that when you get yourself a better plan.

And that leads into another one of Napoleon Hill’s 13 keys, or behaviors, to success. Get yourself an organized plan. But how do you get one? Make it up? Or maybe find some templates on the internet?

I know most entrepreneurs love the thrill of the hunt. The anticipation of chasing down a dream or a new idea. But most entrepreneurs hate planning because it feels like it gets in the way. Some say it mutes their muse. Kills the buzz.

But that’s why I say get my RondaReady System book. Because, in it you’ll find a whole section to help you plan, organize, and implement your great ideas. My proven system has helped lots of other excited entrepreneurs, like you, map out bold ideas with persistence on a well-paved path.

And because I love to help business owners and entrepreneurs build their dreams and goals better and faster, I’ve got a Valentine’s Day special on the book. It’s around 40% off the normal price, which would already be a very small investment in your future. Don’t wait another day to start better behaviors to success. Front loader with the scoop of the day

You’ve seen a front loader. Right? It could be a little bobcat thingy you see people use to clear their yards or driveways. Or it could be something the size of a farm tractor with a scoop on the front. And it could even be a bulldozer that construction crews use when they work on streets and highways. They all make the work a LOT easier.

But even YOU could be a front loader.

Oh yeah, it’s true. Here’s the scoop on that (corny pun intended).

I first became a front loader way back during my days working in the commercial insurance industry. My job was in the claims department. And, as anyone in that industry will tell you, that’s where all the FUN is.

But seriously…

Back in the claims department, when you got a new file assigned, you had to get all your ducks in a row early. And the idea was that, by doing that, you could be in the best possible negotiation position when it came time to sell.

But most of the adjusters would skip over a whole lot of steps. As a result, they’d often negotiate a claim that didn’t even have any coverage. Guess what they found out. OK, I won’t make you guess. They found out that front loaders made the money that the “skippers” mostly missed.

So, in just about any business you can think of, front loading applies. Because every missed step, in your regular business transactions, is a missed opportunity. Another missed sale. Or another missed customer, client, or referral.

But a front loader can come up with all the value added extras. The things you can do (or delegate to someone else) for very little extra time or money. You just have to apply your focused thoughts at the beginning.

Then, set up your System.

And then just let the system run like clockwork as you keep moving forward.

I’m tellin’ you, it leads to a happier customer and a happier YOU. And that tends to translate into more repeat and referral business.

So, if you wanna know more about the value of front loading AND get a ton of other business building blocks ideas, get your copy of my RondaReady System book today.

Many (if not most) other business owners just wanna rush through everything. Because they’re so busy. So, they never learn the value of front loading.

Don’t miss out on the opportunities and money by being like that. And I know you won’t when you’re plugged into my RondaReady System. Click one of the handy links, right now, and get ready to…

Ups and downs can be such buzzkills

The real estate market definitely has more than its fair share of ups and downs. If you’ve been a real estate agent or broker for even a little while, you know what I’m talking about.

And here’s what happens. When it’s all going great, real estate agents are too busy to do effective marketing. And when sales and listings are slow and low, fear can set in. Then it feels like there’s not enough money to do any effective marketing. I hope that doesn’t sound familiar to you.

Because those kinds of ups and downs can really drain you.

But here’s the difference between a savvy agent and an unprepared one. Mr. or Ms. Savvy has a system. A proven system to help them through ups AND downs. I mean, you gotta admit, consistent and predictable income sure beats wondering where and when the next commission will be.

But that proven system I mentioned (like mine, for example) can help you…

  1. Always stay in front of your database (even with an automated process)
  2. Find and secure more prospects to share your services with (automation works there, too)
  3. Develop automated workflows so nothing falls through the cracks

Then, when you put your predictable processes in place, you can enjoy the peace and rewards of being a savvy business owner.

I’m practically a broken record on the topic of getting ready and staying ready. It’s even in my tag line and almost always the last thing I say in each of my posts. But it’s because I believe there’s nothing more important for business owners to understand. Business is not for the weak and unprepared. You gotta get ready and stay ready for this!

Business can get hot AND cold.

Even the giants like Apple, Amazon, and Google can tell you this is true. This world of business you decided to jump into doesn’t care how nice you are. It doesn’t care how wonderful your products and services are. And it doesn’t care how much you care. That sounds harsh. But it’s just reality.

So, get your copy of the RondaReady System book today. Because I show you how to set up the System that can help you build AND run your business much faster than you will without a system. Your link to the book is below.
